Worst Hotel Experience Ever

Avoid at all costs.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The room reeked of sewer gas so badly that we were forced to change rooms at 2:30 AM. The second room was no better—the toilet overflowed, there was no blanket on the bed, and the place was generally filthy. Hallway floors were dirty, the property was loud all night from street noise, and church bells started blasting at 7 AM, making sleep impossible.
Amenities advertised were nonexistent—no pool, despite being listed. The entire building felt poorly maintained and neglected.
To make things worse, the hotel refused to reimburse us for a night we didn’t stay, then lied to Expedia, falsely claiming they reimbursed us in cash. That never happened.
Between the smell, the noise, the lack of basic necessities, and the dishonest handling of the refund, this place is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.
