I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.

When we checked into our room, it was extremely hot because the air conditioner wasn’t working. We immediately notified the front desk and were told a technician would come around 8:00 p.m. We left for dinner and returned around 10:00 p.m. to find the room still unbearably hot and no repairs had been made.

We went back to the front desk and were told someone would arrive within 10 minutes. That never happened. By 11:00 p.m., after waiting for hours, we requested a different room. We were told that wasn’t possible.

The room also had someone else’s false eyelashes glued to the wall, which raised concerns about how well it had been cleaned. Instead of apologizing, the front desk employee implied they belonged to my girlfriend even though she doesn’t wear false eyelashes. That was unprofessional and insulting.

We contacted Booking.com, who tried to help while we were standing at the front desk. Rather than working toward a solution, the employee repeatedly put Booking.com and Choice Hotels Corporate on hold. A technician finally arrived around midnight, but the air conditioning still wasn’t working properly.

A hotel’s job is to provide a clean, comfortable room and respond appropriately when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both counts. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves both the condition of the rooms and the way guests are treated.

Not a place to stay if you want to sleep.

Cons:

That called me while I was sleeping not good. Next door was watching TV and I could hear it. People kept walking pass my door and talking loud. It was not a restful night.

Pros:

Breakfast was not used because it isn't available for workers that need to go to work. I think it's unfortunate that businesses like this try to save money by not supplying alot of the people staying here here with the Breakfast they advertise as part of the overnight cost.

Cons:

The dead rat outside the front door. After I informing the desk clerk it was not picked up 1 hour latter. I could not understand the desk clerks heavy accent.

Southern California stay
Pros:

Near the 405 for easy access to freeway to get home
Close to fast food restaurants and shopping center conveniently close to a 7-Eleven

Cons:

Would have liked to have checked in an hour early cuz we were in town for a funeral and needed to freshen up after a long 5 hour drive from Fresno

Cons:

The front staff was very rude. When we approached she said, What's up? We asked 3 times starting at 9am for our room cleaned, sheets changed and new towels, for 300 plus a night that should be automatic. Needless to say we finally at 9pm and being woken up they showed up!! Who cleans rooms at 9pm when we asked starting at 9am. Very disappointed for what we spent to stay there. Almost 700.00 for 2 days. Definitely not ok.
