Very dirty room and very Outdated. rust EVERYWHERE in the rooms Paint chipping off the walls. The couches are stained. The bathroom is falling apart. The breakfast is microwaved breakfast You have about 45 people getting breakfast and they putout 10 eggs and 8 sausages no luck on eating. very dirty they can do ALOT BETTER this location has so much potential we will not be returning. From desk lady is very rude aswell came down for a Disney trip with my family. I will just take my money elsewhere next time save your time and money book somewhere else!

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. We will never be back!
My 81 year old mom is in an electric scooter. We reserved a two bed room. There was less than 12” between the bed and furniture. We could not get her scooter into the room. After explaining we needed a room to accommodate her scooter they informed us we would have to pay more. Wrong! ADA states they have to make accommodations for disabilities. They finally gave us a cheaper one bed room. 30 minutes after moving to the room, another couple opened our door with room keys! They moved us but did not update the computer so they gave our new room to another couple. This hotel is awful.

Cons:

Breakfast rules and terrible customer service. We felt like we were unwanted patrons instead of valued customers. Management refuses to allow any food taken out of the small breakfast area. If you want to eat their free included breakfast - all of it must be consumed in the small breakfast area. After explaining that my 81 year old mom was in an electric scooter and requesting being allow me to bring her the free included breakfast to the room - the owner refused our request. If she wanted to eat the free included breakfast she consume it in the small room. In the lobby. We will never be back.

Absolutely nothing I hated every bit of your property. Every single bit of your property was terribly terrible. Let me explain what happened. I showed up to your property on January 16 ready to stay the night except I booked the wrong day. I booked it for seven days later on January 23, which was last night as you could see. I did not show up to my reservation when I was standing in your lobby, and I asked for you to ask Booking.com to make an exception and transfer the funds over whoever the manager of young Jessica work in the counter by the way Jessica working the counter that night was awesome. She was the only one that was nice to me. Her manager who was there said no she had told me yes but the manager said me no on transferring the funds to stay there. I was not a budget when I was there. I had no extra money to pay for another room, y’all wanted $185 for the night when I had already spent $150 for the night on Booking.com Jessica had told me it was only gonna be 30 or $40 more and that would’ve been fine. I could’ve just gone to sleep and nothing what it mattered but whoever the manager was there that night said no no no no no no and it’s unbelievable that somebody would tell another human being know when they’re in despair and when they simply made a mistake, whoever you are reading this message right now have you ever made a mistake I know I have and that’s exactly what happened here. I made a mistake. This hotel is the worst hotel in the whole world. You guys are horribly horrible and it’s unbelievable that you have no compassion for another human being walking around in this earth nowadays, whoever is reading this please please make sure that you get this forwarded to whoever whoever needs to read this higher up and management that you’re lousy horrible terrible hotel that you guys run there. You guys should be out of business. You should close tomorrow that’s ridiculous. We’re talking about $150.

I was pleasantly surprised. I had never stayed at a Comfort Inn & Suites before, but it suited my family with two toddlers perfectly. This Huntington Beach location felt clean, comfortable, and relaxed. I’ll be looking for similar Comfort Inn & Suites in the future.

Cons:

No complaints—I genuinely appreciated being able to check in at 4:00 AM after the long drive.
