Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Room was not maintained. Telephone was not working at all. Only had one sink and the handles were very hard to turn on, probably to many hard water deposits and need to be replaced. There were scratches on the wall. Dust was obvious under the refrigerator which means deep cleaning was not the best

The worst experience ever

We talked to the front desk. There’s a piece of metal sticking out on the side of the second king size bed, and I ended up scratching my leg from it. There’s no notification that it’s there and imagine if it was an elderly person upon arrival we went up to the room and it felt like a dirty diaper. There is a crack on the side of the door that will shine the light outside while we’re still sleeping and it made me very worked up somebody at 1:30 in the morning is running up and down the walkway which was crazy and then they’re letting other guests be so super loud at 5 o’clock 6 o’clock in the morning. The hot water was not working properly when somebody else is using a shower we had requested additional linen and had to ask several times before it was actually given and my kids this was the first time they went somewhere and they said we just were in an hour there can we go home? That’s terrible. My daughter went to take a shower and there was a loud whistle noise to the whole time. She was taking a shower and she’s autistic so that bothered her and my husband let the front desk receptionist know named MYA I want my full money back for this visit. This is horrible. I have stayed that many comfort ends and this is the worst one that I’ve ever been a part of the pool was very filthy.

Cons:

Our AC broke twice while there. It was broken upon arriving and it was a pain to get management to get it handled. Instead of just getting us into a working room they had us wait for maintenance to get on shift and then wait and see if he could fix it. He fixed it and then it went out again on our last night. Then we had to extend our stay an additional night and were told one rate and the hotel charged as WAY more than that rate. Waiting for management to contact us but unsure if they will considering management didn’t seem to want to handle our issues when we came down requesting to just switch rooms upon arriving to a non operating ac and he just stayed in his office refusing to come out and help. Instead of just switching to an open room they had available they had us sitting around waiting to see if it would even be able to be fixed and then decide what to do.

The location is perfect, comfortable beds and a good breakfast!
Pros:

All in a great location. Free parking and in shade, had a refrigerator and a laundromat.

Cons:

Need a bit of a touch up, looks old a little upgrade will,do wonders

Miserable. Do not recommend for anyone who values being valued
Pros:

The staff was unprofessional and inconsiderate to guests. Several observed concerns brought up to the front desk with the receptionist unwilling to accommodate or listen to each customer’s issue during their stay. I had several concerns during my stay as well. I reached out to leadership and his response was it based on solving any problems or coming to adequate and fair compromises. Terrible leadership example with definite continued no commitment to a pleasurable stay.
