Pros:

It was clean, front desk employees were really nice

Cons:

Kinda of no direction regarding parking. They did not clean our room one night and I called to front desk to ask why and they told me because our door tag was on there to not disturb. I told the clerk that was not the case, and they did send someone up to clean room and give us fresh towels.

Excellent downtown location, spacious and comfortable rooms, very good cleanliness standards, and professional, friendly staff. The hotel provided a pleasant atmosphere and quality service throughout my stay. The facilities were well maintained and contributed to an enjoyable experience.
