The only positive point is the location.

Cons:

The hotel does not meet the standards one would expect from a 4-star property, and it is clearly not on the same level as other hotels in the Sheraton brand.

The room was old and very small. The bed was extremely narrow and not comfortable for two adults at all. The bathroom was also outdated, and the shower was unusually low and small. You have to bend down just to fit under it.

The room heater was so old and loud that it sounded like a turbine every time it turned on, which seriously affected our sleep. The noise was bad enough that a technician had to come to the room to try to fix it.

Breakfast was another disappointment: very limited options and overpriced for the quality offered. It simply wasn’t worth the price.

The hotel restaurant was also poorly managed. On New Year’s Eve, we arrived to ask for the New Year’s menu and what time the restaurant would close. The staff showed us one menu, but when we later went down to have dinner, the menu had completely changed, with very few options available.

To make matters worse, we asked for wine glasses for a bottle we had in the room. Although proper wine glasses were clearly visible behind the bar, the staff said they were only for guests ordering wine from the hotel restaurant. I have never seen a hotel of this level refuse to provide a simple wine glass. Absolutely ridiculous.

Overall, this hotel does not deliver what is expected from a 4-star and ultimately damages the brand’s reputation. I have stayed at other Sheraton properties and had very good experiences, which is why I booked this hotel without carefully checking the reviews. I trusted the name. Unfortunately, this stay significantly undermined that trust, and I will be much more cautious with the brand in the future.
