Lack of professionalism and customer service
Cons:

Notified staff around 1 am about noisy people next door. Loud obnoxious and ongoing for 3 hours. Tried to reach them by phone from the room but the room phone said it was not in service. Noone even responded.

Overall, a great stay! Decent prices, clean beds. I would stay here again.
Pros:

I liked the free continental breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, the tv so we could watch movies. The location was in a central area to be able to get to anything. Any questions I had with the front desk was taken care of immediately.

Cons:

There was a wet puddle when we first checked into the room. The bathroom door didn't shut, the hotel door was difficult to open/close. The second time we came back to stay in a different room, the microwave was missing the plate. The front desk provided me a new plate for the microwave immediately.
