Perfect stay if you want to get out of the big hustle
Pros:

Very stylish interior, I really liked the rooms and the hotel all together, Roomservice is perfect.
The staff helps like I would expect it in a 5star hotel. I wasn't happy with my room at all, because do to an operation I wanted to heal in a cool room. My room was on a very sunny side. So I received an upgrade and had a wonderful time in an cosy nice big cool room.

Cons:

Nothing really, no except the wifi could be a lot better

Otel çok yeni olmasa da yapıldığı zamanın en kaliteli malzemeleri kullanılmış. Odalar büyük, çok ferah. Banyolar harika. Otelin havuz, spa alanı da gayet güzel. Deniz kenarı olduğu için manzara da güzel. Yataklar oldukça rahat.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. Was my first ever trip to Istanbul so wanted a location where I'd feel safe and safe I felt at Sheraton Atakoy. I would say the location isnt the best as it wasnt very central which was fine because I was only there for a few days. The staff at the hotel were so helpful with beautiful/welcoming smile on their faces everyday- they helped me taxis, luggage issues- they were just overall super helpful. The fridge and snack bar in the room was just insane- this might be because of the type of room I chose but I was super impressed by the variety of snacks I could munch on! The breakfast buffet is expensive I'd say but now I know why- breaky was just so insanely great- a wide variety on the menu to choose from and all so very well made - chefs kiss! There was also a spa which I just didnt have time to enjoy but the pricing sounded decent. Overall, I will recommend this hotel if you are going for a super short trip, and a long trip if you are not bothered too much by proximity to the centre and definitely add breakfast - you wont regret it!

Cons:

I think the rooms could be updated a little bit more and the lighting could be much better otherwise its a great hotel.

Pros:

The staff were really helpful, and the breakfast was very good, with long opening hours (until 10:30am ). The indoor swimming pool was good with a shallow warmer pool nearby which was great for my daughter.

Cons:

The shower taps. After 4 days I still struggled to truly understand them.

Im Sheraton Hotel wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen. Besonders Herr Rahman und Herr Sertaç haben mich am Eingang sehr freundlich begrüßt. Dafür möchte ich mich von Herzen bedanken.
Sie haben mir ein sehr schönes Zimmer angeboten, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Durch diese herzliche und aufrichtige Freundlichkeit habe ich mich wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Sondern auch die Gepäckträger waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle waren sehr herzlich und professionell.
Deshalb möchte ich sehr gerne wieder in Ihr Hotel kommen.

Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft.
