Super Hotel, liegt gut, toller Service für Business, aber auch mit gutem Spa
Pros:

Schon an der Rezeption war eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre, ich habe ein Upgrade für eine Suite erhalten, auf den Club-Level. Auch der Club ist absolut empfehlenswert, dort hatten wir dann geschäftliche Meetings. Die Suiten sind toll, aber auch das Spa und der Innenpool absolut empfehlenswert. Ich komme sicher wieder.

There are hotels you stay in… and then there are hotels that make you wonder why every stay can’t feel this easy. Sheraton was definitely the second one for me.

From the moment I walked in, there was this feeling that the team genuinely cared — not in a scripted, “hotel-trained” way, but in a natural, warm, human way. Every question was answered before it even became a problem, every request handled with a smile, and somehow everyone seemed to know exactly how to make guests feel comfortable without ever being intrusive.

What really stood out was the staff. Helpful, attentive, and always one step ahead — the kind of people who turn a good hotel into a memorable experience. Whether it was a quick recommendation, help with arrangements, or simply a friendly conversation, their energy made the whole stay feel effortless.

The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between professional and relaxed. You feel well looked after, yet completely at home at the same time — which is not easy to achieve.
