Opale Hotel

Unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. Located on a noisy street, rooms are not clean, and staff is not helpful. Booked a premium room with a double bed, and got stuck to a room with 3 twin beds. Also, electricity went out in the whole hotel for over 12 hours. We had to leave the hotel due to no electricity, and was asked why we were checking out early which seemed like a very obvious answer of why. Definitely do not recommend booking this hotel.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for organizing the airport transfer — everything went smoothly and on time, which made our arrival in Istanbul much easier.

However, there was an issue at check-in: we were initially given a room of a lower category than the one we had booked. Fortunately, the staff quickly resolved the situation and moved us to the correct room without any hassle.

The room was clean, which we really appreciated, but the furnishings were quite dated and the space could definitely benefit from some renovation.

Overall, the service was friendly and helpful, and with some updates to the rooms, this hotel has great potential.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon entering the room, I noticed hair in the shower, dirty marks on the floor, and a used item left behind — all clear signs that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival.

There were also visible signs of poor maintenance, such as loose fixtures and dusty areas. Although the front desk staff was not particularly polite or welcoming, the hotel manager did respond to our concerns and offered us a room change. Sadly, the second room was also not clean and even had cigarette butts left behind.

The hotel clearly needs renovation and, in its current condition, does not justify its high prices. I have stayed in many hotels across Istanbul, and unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to others.

404 numaralı odada konaklıyorduk oda çok bakımsızdı sonrasında hamile olan eşim havlu almak için rafa uzandığında sabitlemedikleri için önce dizine sonrasında klozet kapağına düştü özür dilemeleri gerekirken 3700 TL para istediler. Sonrasında 104 nolu odaya geçtik orda da dolap rafina bağlı olan mobilya parçası kopup başımıza düşüyordu can güvenliğimiz olmadığı için erken ayrıldık tavsiye etmiyorum.

erkek arkadaşımla iki gece konakladık, çarşafların üzerinde kıllar vardı bu biraz rahatsız edici. Bir de biz odada yokken oda temizliği istemiyoruz dememize rağmen odaya girilmiş. Arayıp uyardık çok mahcup oldular. Genel olarak otel ve konumu güzel. Ayrıca inanılmaz rahattı.

Her zaman ki gibi mükemmel. Personelin ilgi alakası harika. Otel temiz ve düzenli. Konum olarak müthiş bir yerde. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Ayruca bütün ulaşım araçları ayağınızın dibinde. İstanbul seyahatlerim de kesinlikle favori listemin ilk sırasında.

Konumu mükemmel heryere yürüme mesafesinde personeli çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü temizliği harika. Tam bir fiyat performans üstü otel. Favori listeme kesinlikle ekledim.

yerleştirildiğim ilk odanın kapı kolu elimde kaldı. resepsiyonla görüştüğümde durumdan haberdar olduklarını öğrendim, ısrarlı talebim üzerine odam değiştirildi. bilinen bir sorun belli ki giderilmiyor. ertesi gün arkadaşım da benimle konaklamak istedi. Ertuğrul bey, resepsiyon görevlisi kaba bir uslupla bizimle konuştu. kendisine bunu iyi niyetli bir dille belirtmemize rağmen rest çekici ifadelerle kabalığını sürdürdü. tekrar bu diyaloğa girmemek için bu otelde kalmam. civarda başka bir sürü benzer nitelikte otel var.

Wir haben das Opale Hotel für einen Städtetrip gebucht, da die Lage des Hotels als Ausgangspunkt optimal ist. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und hat eine super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, es ist modern ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser erstes Zimmer lag seitlich zur Straße und war leider etwas laut, da das Fenster nicht gut abgedichtet war. Auf Nachfrage durften wir das Zimmer wechseln, was super war.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder für einen Aufenthalt in Istanbul buchen.

When we arrived all was good but the next day around morning, the bathroom smelt beyond horrible.

Balcony is good but if it rains, balcony becomes unusable next day because there are nothing to shield them.

Iki kisi is icin kaldik. Iki tek kisilik yatak vardi. Havlu bir tane konmus. Cocuklar icin bir doaydi daha cok. Tuvalet camdan bir kabin ses soeunu var. Konforu dusuktu. Odada basucu lambasinda ampul yoktu. Sasece yatmaya gelinir. Konfor dusuk.

War alles gut danke..nur zimmer sind sehr zu eng klein für 2 personen ..
