眺めが凄い！
Pros:

部屋からの眺めが素晴らしかった。部屋も広くて満足であった。新幹線もよく見えた。

Cons:

朝食バイキング会場が、少し狭く常に満席であった。海外の方が多いのに案内に英語表記が少なかった。

Convenient location and very nicely presented hotel
Pros:

Great size room and handy location. Great bath and shower and the room layout was perfect. Very nicely presented and grand feeling as soon as you walk into the building.

Cons:

Hard beds (but that is quite common in Japan). Very loud flushing toilet which seemed a bit odd, but not a big issue at all. Kanazawa tax was not included in the room rate (which again is hit and miss in Japan), but annoyingly 2 of our 4 nights stay was over double the price of the other 2 (¥2800 for 4 nights), seems high, but it is what it is.

Lovely 3 night stay, great amenities, staff very helpful, would stay again.
Pros:

Great location near the station, large room, lots of dining options. Beautiful bar on the 30th floor. Just a lovely hotel.

Cons:

The room was a bit tired, in need of a refresh but very comfortable nonetheless.

Stay in style in Nikko!
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights for our first visit to Kanazawa. Excellent location, hotel is massive and super modern. Breakfast was incredible - we tried both their Japanese and European options! The rooftop bar is amazing, and we got 2 free drinks daily which was a nice add… room itself was comfortable, beds were firm, we had a very comfortable stay! We also tried the luggage forwarding / Yamato service - went very smoothly. Definitely recommend!

Cons:

Some decor could using updating, it was ultra modern 10-15yrs ago, but hotel and rooms could use a little sprucing up ;)

Great location, good hotel
Pros:

A very big hotel in the heart of Kanazawa. Staff were great and represented a good overall stay.

Cons:

It can get a little too busy and chaotic at times in the lobby. The breakfast was a little below par. More importantly, I don’t know if it’s just me but a 4 star hotel should provide water when we ask for it without a charge. Expect this from a lower tier hotel but not from Nikko. Weird.
