This is a place. I would recommend my friend and family to stay when they come to Kanazawa.

Nice hotel with great service
Pros:

The staff and the service were excellent. They really tried to make our stay enjoyable. I have asked the concierge to help book a an Omakase restaurant a month prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't join the Omakase because of prior indigestion. The hotel staff was very helpful explaining to the restaurant so we won't get cancelation charge. They even checked how he is doing when we checked out.
The location was great as well, not far from the train station.

Outstanding choice in Kanazawa
Pros:

The hotel is marvellous. Few steps away from the station (use the underground passage to reach it) and close to everything you need to see in Kanazawa. Impressive foyer, staff attentive and everyone speaks English. Room very cosy and fantastic shower. The view from the room excellent. Really you cannot find a minus at this hotel.

Pros:

朝ごはんに大変満足しました。
子どもたちも大人もそれぞれ好みに合うものを選べました。
金沢駅まで散歩もできるくらい近い。
大人2人、小2、年長の４名でも狭く感じませんでした。

I’d love to stay here again!
Pros:

Great location, room is super clean, fresh cute plants/flowers in the room, great room cleaning services, great amenities provided, kind and professional staff and super nice breakfast. This is not a 4-star hotel, but much more than that! I highly recommended it to everyone!

Cons:

Can’t think of anything serious but if I have to be picky and comment on something, it would be the sofa at the back of the lobby area that may need some refreshment. However, that doesn’t affect our stay in the hotel.

One day / night stay in Kanazawa to see most of the key highlights and travel by train to the north!
Pros:

We have stayed in Kanazawa for one night, next day travelling to the north of Honsu by Shinkansen. Hotel was perfectly located next to train station and 15 min from Omicho market and 30 min form Kenrokumachi park.
Rooms were spacious and modern. Breakfast offers typical Japanese food, but also wide international offer.
Staff was very kind, let us to the rooms even before official check-in.

All was perfect!

房間很大，景外風景好，房內用品齊全，位置十分好，泊車安排亦很好，每晚只需1500円可以不停進出，酒店自助早餐選擇多，味道讚。有機會來金澤會再入住

駅近で最高です。
Pros:

部屋の広さ。タオルの数が多かった事。アメニティが沢山有った事。客室が上層階な事。フロントのスタッフが良かった事。駐車場がホテルの地下にあった事。

Cons:

朝食の女性のスタッフ(聞きたかった事に対しての返答がとても嫌な感じで答えられた)部屋の机の上に置かれていた照明のホコリが凄かった事。
