Pros:

Pleasant staff, great location, quiet. Large room

Cons:

Lighting was horrible. We used a flashlight in half the room.
Shower floor was VERY slippery. Unsafe.
Desk in front of ac unit. Not pleasant.

Scott that works at the front desk was amazing and very kind and helpful.

Cons:

My room was on the 1st floor right by the laundry room and it was loud while the staff did the laundry early in the morning. The first floor is loud in general and I could hear people talking at the front desk/lobby even at 3-4 am.

Very clean ,quiet, and very comfortable in cozy.. I just loved.. That's gonna be my go to hotel everytime I visit my home town.. thanks

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like except I missed out on that good free breakfast they offer.. Just because they do it early i should asked front desk whts the time fir breakfast at check in.. but next time I want miss out.. thanks

Great staff, good locale (close to campus/Orion), and good price, no frills.
Pros:

This was an older hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The night staff was especially kind and friendly and did a very quick and efficient check in after a long delayed flight.

Cons:

The guest washer and drier were in very bad repair and to wash and dry a single load cost $10. The washer broke when I was washing clothes and I had to stick around the hotel much longer than I wanted to resolve it. The breakfast was pretty mediocre and short even on the weekend.
