Pros:

I liked the convenience to the highway and food places. The staff was nice.

Cons:

I think the hotel can do with some renovations. The hallway carpet and a litt e paint can make a huge difference. I was put off at first but the room was nice. The front area made me almost turn around and leave. The location is tgat great so I was concerned.

Not clean and my room was not up to what I expected. I had no where else to go so I had to stay.
Cons:

The shower curtain had mold and dirt. It was gross. The carpet at my doorway and all the way down the hallway had not been vacuumed and it was dirty everywhere. The sheet had a hole in it and I found black hair on the sheet when I pulled back the covers. I was totally disappointed as the manager told me he was giving me one of the best rooms. I did report this to both young ladies that were working on Saturday, morning and Sunday morning. The manager “J” went upstairs to go to bed in one of the rooms.
I did ask for a discount but was told I needed to talk with the manager J.
I saw him go into the elevator on Sunday morning and was told he was sleeping.
My bill was 273.62 and I would think I could get somewhat of a refund to my credit card. Possibly 20 or 25%. Would be fair.
This was not satisfactory accommodations and I only took one shower. There was one bath towel and a couple smaller towels.

Clean, accessible, just what I needed.
Pros:

The location was good, parking was good. I did not have breakfast. Staff was professional and friendly. NO bugs sighted. Place was very clean. I really enjoyed having a nice desk and light in the room. Price was PERFECT!

Cons:

The exhaust fan was loud and not secure on the wall.
The AC noise was irritating, but I lived with it.
