Das Zimmer/Bad sehr schön. Ruhig.Sehr gepflegt.Das gilt fürs ganze Hotel.

Cons:

Wenn ich ein leeres Hotelfoyer betrete, erwarte ich, dass der Mensch an der Rezeption vom Bildschirm hochschaut und grüßt.In drei Tagen nicht einmal. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist ,zumindest für mich, sehr unpraktisch angeordnet. Die Brötchen sind nicht gut.Aber wenn Brötchen und Brot vollkommen leer sind, sollte das schon schnellstens aufgefüllt werden... Das Hotel ist toll,aber bei der Kompetenz der Angestellten, die sehr freundlich waren, ist schon Luft nach oben. Zudem ist der Weg zur U-Bahn für jemanden, der nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, zu weit.

Værelset var stort og rummeligt.

Cons:

Kun lunkent vand i bruseren

Der var ikke ryddet af til morgenmad, så ikke nemt at finde et sted at sidde og spise.
Der blev ikke dækket op og man skulle selv henvende sig for at få service.
Al mad der skulle være varmt/ lunt var helt koldt.
Personalet var nærmest usynlige og bestemt ikke interesserede i at give en god oplevelse.

Geräumige Zimmer, Frühstück bei gutem Preis, nette Bar (zu Messeterminen wird das anders sein)

- grosse Zimmer
- sehr gutes Frühstück
- schönes Schwimmbad
- leere Sauna
- Getränke in Zimmer und im Spa
- Koch, der sehr gute Omelettes und Crepes gemacht hat

Cons:

- Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht -> neue an der Rezeption geholt
- keine Bademäntel fürs Schwimmbad auf dem Zimmer
- Duschgel im Saunabereich war leer
- 2 leere Plastikbecher standen in der Sauna
- um 8h beim Frühstück waren fast nur Tische mit nicht abgeräumten Tellern zu finden, Persona im Frühstücksraum war zu wenig oder zu langsam und waren recht unfreundlich
- Milchkännchen war leer
- in der Lobby hallt es sehr, eine grössere Gruppe stand hinter mir und die Dame an der Rezeption konnte mich kaum verstehen
