Pros:

Well located, clean. Beds comfortable. New pool is an excellent addition.Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Very bad air-conditioning. Either freezing cold, or too hot. TV very wonky.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff set the alarm for our last day for 6:30 am. Not sure
Pros:

It was conveniently located and pretty clean.

Cons:

We had to go to the front desktop multiple times during our 3 night stay and ask for more coffee stuff, towels, and toilet paper. The 1st guy was really nice even carried the towels to our room. The 2nd guy was rude and stingy.

Pros:

This was our sixth stay in 18 months. The Pell really feels like a second home. The warm and friendly staff are exceptional and keep us coming back. We look forward to seeing everyone again in December!

Todo ok, pero no es admisible en un hotel de este precio tener obras al lado y ruido de habitaciones
Pros:

El trato del personal
Los desayunos
La sensación de descanso

Cons:

El ruido : 1- habia obras en el jardin al lado del nuestra ventana, 2- se oia a otras habitaciones
El baño tenia pérdidas de agua
Un precio excesivo para lo servicios ofrecidos

Beautiful room comfy beds loved the vibe
Pros:

Clean modern very costal

Cons:

20 min to cliff walks and attractions
No coffee in lobby or free breakfast :( but espresso machine in room. (Do have what looks to be a nice place to eat for purchase but it don’t fit our timeline )
