A comfortable place from which to go forth daily to enjoy the Newport area
Pros:

A very comfortable and well maintained room. Fresh towels every day. A nice breakfast, dinner, and bar area. Cordial, efficient front desk staffers, and a positive vibe throughout.

Cons:

Some distance from Newport’s downtown and wharf area, though only 5-10 minutes by car.

Elegant, excellent surprise, nice design, clean and a great find!
Pros:

The elegant simplicity of the hotel, the cleanliness. The design was well though out. It was a bonus to have a restaurant/bar on premises. Ample parking. We were visiting off season and the price was another added bonus.

Cons:

There really was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

We enjoyed our weekend vacation at the Pell!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Pell. Great location- so close to all the places we went to! Clean and well maintained. Live jazz music at the restaurant was a plus!

Cons:

Wish there were more choices on the food menu at hotel restaurant.
