Fijn hotel met vriendelijk en kundig personeel
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, mooie moderne kamer met fijne bedden. Prima restaurant.

Cons:

Kamers wat gehorig door houten vloeren maar 's-nachts niets gehoord

Beautiful room comfy beds loved the vibe
Pros:

Clean modern very costal

Cons:

20 min to cliff walks and attractions
No coffee in lobby or free breakfast :( but espresso machine in room. (Do have what looks to be a nice place to eat for purchase but it don’t fit our timeline )

Wir hatten lediglich eine Nacht. Es war aber alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren schön groß. Super Fitness Center und das Frühstück war toll. Es hatte sogar keinen Pool, den wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten. Aber bei Sonne Mega.

Cons:

Leider kein Aufzug.

Great stay for our New England roadtrip
Pros:

The place is super nice and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are super helpful. The hotel design is very pretty and gives a very good vibe for the vacation. I can’t wait for the pool to be finished so we can come back again!

Clean and convenient stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean location, very accessible to Newport and cute bar/restaurant on site.

Cons:

Allows dogs, there were guests who do not clean up after dogs and it was disgusting with these messes outside right near door.

Poor service and no soundproofing

Cons:

No soundproofing. I had a bedroom with a connecting door and you could hear everything. There was also then construction work at the hotel outside the window commencing early morning. Breakfast was poor and not good value for money. Waited ages for food to arrive. My tea arrived with just a cup and a tea bag (no hot water or milk). My husband’s omelette arrived with no cutlery. It says free parking in booking.com but we were then charged $10 which was refunded because of my complaint. Pictures show view from bedroom window.
