Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the man at the reception was awesome, so nice with everyone and he was helping everyone with everything.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was big with a huge tv. We also loved the bathroom and the coffee.

Wonder affordable way to visit Newport with my family
Pros:

Rooms are great, beds are comfy, great pool area!!

Cons:

only downfall of this hotel is no elevator- and even knowing they don't have one Ive been back twice !

Overall it was very nice. I would definitely stay again
Pros:

The outdoor seating and the pool were wonderful! The restaurant and all staff were great. The lobby was very inviting and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

The lighting in the room wasn’t great and the TV selections were very limited. If there was an option to sign into our Netflix account, I didn’t see it.

Great Stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Coffee pods, water fountains, water bottles, clean rooms. The front desk staff was kind and allowed us to check in early. I would stay here again! Not to mention, the on-site restaurant had great dinner options.

In Ordnung, aber zu teuer für den Preis.
Pros:

Pool und Außenbereich sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer entsprechen leider nicht den Bildern auf der Homepage. Leider müffeln die Zimmer auch etwas.

Convenient, confortable, on brand. Good value.
Pros:

Nice renovation, decent price considering the area, while not being too far from downtown Newport.

Cons:

No elevators. No big deal for me despite heavy suitcases, but certainly a problem for a lot of elderly or disabled people. Unsure why the property (and the brand) are not considering installing one, I suppose this is against regulations and somehow discriminatory. Unless their is a dedicated elevator for disabled perosns, not accessible to other customers, in which case this would be fine.
