Clean Rooms, comfortable beds, very modern design.
Had booked a King room, upon check in was assigned to a double room due to a system error. Would have been good to get confirmation of the room booked prior to arrival. Overall, staff was very friendly and accommodating to making the stay a good one.
Yet another great stay at The Pell as we visit family nearby. Everyone is fantastic and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy. We’ve also had breakfast and dinner there. Consistent service and food. Look forward to our next stay.

This is our third time in six months staying at The Pell. We discovered it when our Airbnb rental fell through—and what a find! Erik (manager) and his staff are incredibly friendly, and together with the great food, atmosphere, and clean rooms, we keep coming back. We’ve stayed during the holidays, off season, and peak season, and each stay has been terrific!

Would I liked a larger coffee machine or free coffee down in the lobby.
The bathroom set up needs a little improvement - add some kind of shelf in the shower - there was no where to set an item? That is really weird and bad. And also around the sink area, somewhere a cabinet or shelf would have been nice.
Very clean and comfortable
We liked very much that it was so very clean. The personell in front desk was so friendly and helpful. Jesse in the restaurant was so nice to us. He gave the best service possible. Really a man who made our stay special.
We booked two nights, liked it so much that we stayed four nights.
