Well maintained and clean hotel. Everyone of the hotel and restaurant staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful.
Las habitaciones son amplias, están muy limpias y disponen de todo lo necesario.. La cama fue muy cómoda. El hotel es moderno y bonito.
El aparato de calefacción es muy ruidoso y no nos dejaba dormir. El desayuno no es buffet, ofrecen muy poca opción con fruta (solo yogur con frutas rojas), alternativo a las demás opciones, de forma que si quieres tomar fruta, no puedes tomar tostadas o huevos, por ejemplo.
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. The interior of the hotel was so welcoming, clean and updated as well. The location was perfect, we had a comfortable stay, and the value was amazing! I would definitely recommend it.
Everything! The staff is incredible not to mention the place is super clean and peaceful but still super fun to be at. The restaurant inside is perfect! The bartender was excellent and super friendly

The room I booked was not the one I was given We needed a walk-in shower and were given a tub shower combo
Relaxing, good food, and entertainment
Had a few noisy closet areas near our room from the facility workers at 5 or 6am.
Yet another great stay at The Pell as we visit family nearby. Everyone is fantastic and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy. We’ve also had breakfast and dinner there. Consistent service and food. Look forward to our next stay.
Excellent service. Didn't know about the hotel until this booking but it was excellent. I will definitely book again.
