The room was very clean the bathroom and especially the shower is an A+. we had a kitchenette and fold out couch which my son loved. The pillows were AMAZING!! we want those pillows in our home. Would come back!

The room was very clean. The beds were super comfy. Nice big TVs in the living area and bedroom. A highlight was the shower and bathroom. Lots of room. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Only drawback was the noise because it carries upward from the lobby area. However, the bedroom was at the back, so no interference with getting a good nights sleep.

We needed a last minute State and found this property. The gentleman that checked us in was so nice. He was like you have known him all your life. The hotel is immaculate filled with beautiful artwork. The room was perfect. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend this hotel, very clean and up-to-date with great amenities.

Easy to find, spacious rooms and awesome shower

Loved the pool! And the staff in the bar was terrific! They also did a great job of accommodating my necessary food allergies as best as possible. The choices were very limited and I was told the place has been open for nearly a year. Seemed like they were still working out kinks like the elevator was very loud, slow and squeaky.

Computer froze as I was trying to check in at 1:30am (exhausted too). No fresh fruit or packaged salads or such available just mainly junk food or ice cream. Room was clean but things didn't work: 2 lamps (actually I think one was an outlet issue) and couldn't ever find the ice machine. Breakfast was awful. Most everything was wrapped in plastic wrap; eggs were dry and cool as were potatoes (i don't eat meat so can't speak to the sausage and bacon). Coffee was OK but no alternatives to the machine lattes which I shouldn't drink (no dairy). it would seem in 2025 that food allergies shouldn't be a surprise to anyone but perhaps I'm wrong.

Great stay

My stay was very convenient and I l do recommend this hotel to everyone, probably I will go there again.

The property is new, clean, and beautifully designed. The rooms are modern and very comfortable, and overall the location has great potential. The location isn’t ideal for the shore points but the price reflects a fair value for the location being a bit more secluded.

Unfortunately, the front desk experience brought the stay down. Kim, who was working at the desk on Tuesday, came across as unfriendly and unaccommodating. When we asked for an apple that was clearly available for guests, she didn’t allow my son to have one. Before checking out we needed a little more time and requested a little extra time for checkout, and again she wouldn’t accommodate saying it would be $40 for an extra hour. It left us feeling unwelcomed which is disappointing given how nice the hotel is.

On the other hand, the kitchen and bar team were outstanding. Carol, who took care of us at breakfast, was a sweetheart, warm, attentive, and genuine. Gary, the bartender, was equally fantastic: friendly, accommodating, and the kind of person who makes guests feel at home. Their hospitality stood out and made a big difference in our stay.

If management ensured the front desk reflected the same level of warmth and professionalism as Carol and Gary, Latitude could easily be one of the top hotels in the area.

Absolutely fabulous place! I cannot say enough good things about it. Immaculate, spacious.. it’s only been open since Nov 2024 and it’s well maintained. The breakfast buffet ($8 per person) was pretty good! Definitely planning to stay here again when we come to town!

Excellent service

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel is in nice location and in good condition. Our air conditioner was not working and amenities were not filled in bathroom. I mentioned to manager David but he just ignored our problem and didn’t fix anything didn’t send anyone to look at it. He was so rude and not welcoming for the guests.
