Pros:

I was absolutely stunned by the room I got. It was a fully equipped room (except for the shared bathroom), including a table, TV, and openable windows in two directions, with an exceptional view of the surrounding skyscrapers. But even better was the view from the accessible rooftop! The sunrise and sunset were unforgettable. Everything was nice and clean, and room service visited and tidied my room every day. And the hotel's location is absolutely perfect for exploring Manhattan.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect and more than adequate for the price.

Pros:

Location is perfect, subway station is less than 2 minutes walk, you have everything you want/need in 2 minutes of walking. You get what you pay for. Staff was one of the friendliest ever.

Cons:

Rooms were very small! We have seen it on the pictures but we didn’t expect it to be so small, either way price is really good for location!

An excellent stay with attentive staff
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in before the official check-in time, which was a great plus. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and the location is also great, very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Bien para un par de días.
Pros:

La ubicación es de lo mejor, está muy cerca de la 5ta avenida y de Sant Patrick, además su terraza es muy bonita. Tener una estación de metro cerca y poder llegar a Grand Central Station en 15-20min a pie.

Cons:

La distribución de la habitación, el lavabo en frente de la cama. Habitación un poco pequeña, y el edredón/ mantas insuficientes, hubo una noche que pasé un poco de frío. Poco ambiente nocturno por la zona, si buscas sitios por donde salir, hay que desplazarse más.
