Undergoing renovation, which was noisy. They/Youshould have told me before traveling or while booking.
Close to my meeting venue. That’s it.
Staff were extremely helpful when we had to manage the fact that our luggage had not arrived with our flight. We were able to leave instructions for the bags, once delivered, to be stored until our return from our trip to Mount Kenya. The room was comfortable and the location was reasonably convenient for the airport and Nairobi centre. Lovely pool.
The breakfast was rather average for the price. The hotel was undergoing renovation and consequently there was a little too much noise of drilling through the day.
a bit cluttered, I didnt eat breakfast because I saw the cockroaches at the bar, on the night we arrived.
Restaurant area needs better lighting and more spacing. the showers need to be changed from curtain base/covering.

The hospitality was amazing and so was the food.
What I like most is the staff. They are super friendly and courteous. They also are quick to respond to the messages I sent thru booking.com app. The room is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable.
Beautiful pool
The fact that the pool closed at 6pm very early but the staff were nosy and constantly following us around making us uncomfortable. The restaurant front staff are terrible especially the hostesses who cross examines customers about their bills esp breakfast and we ended up paying $3500 unnecessarily for one. Very disappointing!
Everything went smoothly, from check-in, to check-out. Breakfast was amazing, staff really polite. Always my number 1 hotel in Nairobi.

The room was spacious and ideal for a work trip. It is also large enough if you travelled with a partner and would accommodate loads of luggage.
The hotel is modern and really lovely

Breakfast was great! The location is also good.
The shower is horrible. Water from the shower is all over the floor. Very poor design. After the shower you have to put several towels on the floor to keep it dry.
Friendly staff, clean well-appointed rooms, great food, outstanding spa! An affordable spa day after a long safari, was perfect!
