A very comfortable stay with friendly staff and good facilities
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very comfortable bed and good sound insulation so slept well. Nice swimming pool (although officially opens too late to swim before work). Good breakfast

Cons:

Problem with the hot water one evening/morning but they fixed it quickly. During rainy season the traffic is awful if you need to get to Westlands area

Pros:

Location is OK, although, as with many modern African and Asian cities, walking around the neighbourhood is difficult and dangerous and the hotel access is designed for vehicles.

Cons:

Rooms are dated and I had no hot water during my stay. Hotel staff struggled to hear me on the room phone. Value is quite poor. Airport shuttles are very expensive, particularly in comparison with Uber/Bolt services. I would have booked a hotel transfer if it had been more reasonable. The fitness centre was maintained at a high temperature (fairly common in hotels for reasons I don't understand).
