ein Hotel was wir nicht mehr buchen werden obwohl es sehr zentral gelegen ist.
Pros:

Der Speiseraum mit schönem Blick nach außen. Die Mitarbeiter im Speiseraum waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dritten Stock ohne normalem Fenster, eher im oberen Bereich ohne Blick nach draußen da wir vor einer Betonwand waren. Der Blick zur Seite war links eine Betonwand der Gebäudes und rechts eine Betonwand des nächsten Gebäudes. Der Blick durch die Fenster wurde erschwert, da sie dreckig und nicht gereinigt waren. Ein eher dunkles und ungemütliches Zimmer. Des Weiteren waren die Fenster nur auf Kipp zu öffnen. Beide Fenster waren kaputt und ließen sich nicht öffnen. Das Wasser war eher kalt als warm im Bad. Parkplatz im Hotel war nicht zugänglich. Eigentlich müsste man sein Geld zurückverlangen. Schade

Nice enough Hotel but staff were rude.
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable but so crowded it was hard to move, we also felt pressure to hurry as people were queuing for tables

Cons:

Staff were rude. We were a group of six having drinks upstairs, my husband and myself didn't order a drink and were asked to leave if we weren't drinking, we were terribly embarrassed as there were onlookers. We questioned the staff if we could stay and sit and chat with our friends and they refused. We explained we were staying at the hotel and they still told us to leave.

Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp in Reims.
Pros:

DAs Hotel ist zentral gelegen, so dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Das Frühstück war regelrecht üppig.

Cons:

Der Balkon war leider nur ein französischer Balkon.

Pros:

Hotel is located in near the city so in walking distance and you can rent a nice safe parking place. The rooms are ok, but the internet is bad and the stairway is very, very dirty, it looks like they haven´t been cleaned for several months....

Perfect for our time in Reims.
Pros:

Location is excellent, breakfast great and the room had everything you needed. The roof top area was really lovely.

Cons:

We had a car and we couldn't park in the cark park as it was full, so we had to park our car a little further away. It was that far though, so it was managable.

Pas de place de parking disponible alors que c'était le critère du choix. Aucun message d'alerte du manque de place pour une arrivée dans l'après-midi. Aucune information donnée spontanément, il faut tout demander, y compris facture alors que l'on a payé. Forte odeur de produit de nettoyage à l'arrivée dans la chambre vers 17h

Pros:

Emplacement, confort de la chambre, petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Problème avec la chasse d’eau. La prise de courant de la salle d’eau fonctionnait également mal.
Ces problèmes restent mineurs et n’ont en aucun cas détérioré la qualité du séjour.
