It was nasty and double charged my account and didn’t get the second charge back no breakfast that’s what we paid. Where is breakfast included all around nasty and horrible
I don't like nothing about Baymont
They took my money and wouldn't let me check in I asked for a refund and they didn't give it to me very bad place to Stacy their not organized and be cheating people out of their money I'm still waiting on a refund I had to call my bank to dispute the charges and still waiting such a waste of time and very disappointed
This had to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at the whole hotel is very ran down and has an weird smell. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Plus they scam you out of money! The hotel sent me a text message about a self checkout to do it over the phone asking what time I would like to check out? It had times from 8am-12pm FREE checkout. And a $25 1pm checkout and a $50 3pm checkout. I choose the 12pm checkout. At 11am the staff comes beating on my hotel door threatening to charge a $30 late checkout fee. When I showed them their own message sent to me about the self checkout. I was told by a rude supervisor that they won’t honor it. I had to send a email to “upper management” showing proof of the text message and email sent to me by their company about their self checkout and he still charged me a $30 fee now corporate is getting involved because this whole situation seems shady AF and because they are finding ways to steal money from their customers. And I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened.
Not a pleasant experience at this hotel, unfortunately..!!
Room was very dark as the Floor Lamp was out, Hair Dryer was broken, No soap in the shower, had asked for a room on the quiet side but put us directly in front of the entrance off the road. Instead helping to resolve issues, the desk clerk just wanted to shrug her shoulders and walk away in a hurry..!! Asked for a hair dryer and she said we don't have any extra. Asked to switch a room and she said we don't have any rooms. She said we will let the manager know.., but No Help Now..!! I ended up calling the Wyndham Customer Service and reported the conditions. They tried to call the property but no one would pick up the phone. Took literally arguiging that my wife needs to wash her hair so got to have a hair dryer... Told her either we get a working hair dryer or I initiate a Chargeback with my Credit Card Co. Then she miraculously found a working hair dryer..!! LoL
Breakfast was a joke too... No hot water, No Tea Bag, Waffle Batter barely trickeled, Chairs were all stacked up on the tables in the breakfast area so WE, the Guests, had to set up our own Table and Chait to sit..!!
I hope our experience was a One-Off and this isn't the case of Business As Usual. Wyndham Quality Assurance Inspectors could do a better Job, I think!!
I loved all the amenities alongside the fact that breakfast is served very morning to all guests!!

The microwave need to be changed the bathroom has a strong urine smell the curtains need changed I bring my own cleaning supplies to insure its clean that bathroom needs a real cleaning behind the toilet side of toilet
No hot breakfast only cereal yogurt apples waffles & bagels…bathrooms need to updated instead of patched up..hotel Owners need to invest in the property!
The people were very friendly
The door handle was messed up on our door and had to push up and the pull to open
The bed was good.
Cleanliness, hall and stairway carpents needed cleaning. Only one large bath towel. No phone to reach the main desk.
