Mattress was comfortable.
Dirty carpet, smelly room, not enough toilet paper, noisy people above, got some sort of bug bite. Unfriendly staff.
Room smelled like mildew or damp. Also i made it there at 12a i booked a room online. Once I checked in I was advised I should have booked the room for same day and not booked it for the next day due to being 12a. They would not cancel the booking i made and tried charging me twice.
Staff is not friendly at all they do not answer call and do not reply to messages
The Breakfast was almost completely gone when I got to it at 7 am ,had to walk over to Dennys for breakfast

We were very excited about the pool. Sadly it was not open and a sign stated it was closed for maintenance. No water in it and clearly no maintenance happening.
Needs maintenance badly. Breakfast was white cold biscuits and white gravy, cereal, boiled eggs and a waffle station with no measure cups for mix. They had a list of prices for each towel, coffee maker, linens, soap dish, per key card etc. and on the top of the list states you will be charged if any items are broken or missing. That’s laughable as the items were old and obviously not well kept. The room was not vacuumed (probably ever) and you have 2 towels in the bathroom only. We had 4 individuals in our double bed room.

Very Comfortable bed. Also the staff were amazing.
For people in wheelchairs like my wife. Have trouble getting things out of refrigerator, because door opens the wrong way. Also the shower for some wheelchair people need to have roll-in shower.
Hair all in the bed musty rooms it was rough for sure.

The staff was very rude and belittling. I asked for extra towels and was given a talking to about how I should not just use a towel and then throw it in the floor.

It was dirty, items left in the room from previous people. Supposed to be a non-smoking room but definitely had been smoked in. Also why advertise that you had a pool if it's closed until father notice?
The gentleman in reception was friendly
The place smelled dirty, the beds were not comfortable. The A/C took forever to cool the room and don't even get me started on their "complementary breakfast". Yes, it's inexpensive, especially for us (9 all together). But you get what you pay for
