Pros:

The bed & pillows were comfortable, room is nice and clean. Front desk was welcoming and detailed

Cons:

The hallways was dirty not sure if its the factvthats its winter because I have stayed here before & it was clean. Elevator was also dirty and seems like it need servicing because it make a loud banging noise when moving or stopping

Will stay here again.
Pros:

Much nicer room than where we stay at the airport. There is an ev charging station about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom and the shower room have opaque glass doors. So light comes through them all night.

Pros:

We stay at this airport hotel before very early flights. There’s nothing particularly special about the hotel but it is adequate, has a good shuttle, is comfortable, clean and the staff is very good. Not a vacation destination but good for it’s purpose.

You may need to train your staff better
Pros:

Prepaid online for one night. At check in desk clerk requested my c.c. At check out I asked how much to park my car at the hotel for 7 days. She said $10 per day but 1st and last were free. After I left, my C.C. Was charged $110 plus $75.Overcharged $135

Comfortable and convenient
Cons:

No breakfast before 6am. I had to catch a 4:30 shuttle. Something simple like a few pastries, would have been nice. I also didn't get my receipt until I emailed the hotel twice.

We came because of a difficult situation and appreciate the kind hospitality we were shown.
