Does it hurt to smile when someone checks in? Carpet is nasty outside my room.
Again, pet fees are not mentioned.

Room was clean and very comfortable. I'm on a no salt and no sugar diet, for health reasons, so I did not try the breakfast service.

The second floor had mold and was smelly. Breakfast was nonexistent. The TV was blue. The pool was green. There were no luggage carts. Nobody was ever at the front desk. The doors look like they had been chewed up. That we had $100 deposit it was unknown that we had to have $100 deposit. The coffee maker on the main lobby is broken.

Clean room, nice staff

The place had a bad smell. The hall carpets were in bad shape. This place could use a few vending machines. With a little work, this could be a nice place to stay

Our room was okay, the AC did not work super well and the door did not fit well in the frame. Mostly clean, our shower was a bit stained. Staff were nice and it's a safe area

We got there after a 20 hour drive and found 2 toaches in the room.

On our first night there was a motorcycle gathering at the Neighboring parking lot.

Just needed a room to put my head down for a short night, near where I needed to be. Clean but dated and ready for renovation.

Hotel had a smell in hallways but the room smelled good. Bed was comfortable bathroom tissue holder wasn’t stable.

Hallways smelled on second floor. Breakfast was limited. Eggs and sausage were cold. Waffle machine was broken. Pool was broken and closed. Our room was clean and seemed ok.

The staff member ask the desk did not speak very good English.... The entire hotel just had a musty smell to it, especially the hallways.... The pool was out of service.

Lovely reception. Clean comfy rooms. Halls were a little stinky. Ice machine and pool was out of order. That was disappointing.

To set the scene: we came to Jacksonville to visit our son in the Navy, having never been here before and unsure of what to expect. We arrived the hotel around 10 pm after our flight landed. The people at the front desk were kind and professional. When we first walked into our room it smelled strongly of urine. We requested a new room and the man at the front desk was gracious and very quickly got us a new room. The new room had no odor. We woke up the next morning and as my husband sat up in bed he noticed a pair of used underwear (not ours) hanging from the cords that run under the desk. See photo. This was very disturbing because the room was clean other than that. We left the room to enjoy the city and in the hallway was a large red and brown stain that resembled blood. The stain remained for the entirety of our stay. See photo. Some other issues included the unpleasant smell in the hallways and very noticeably in the elevator. The elevator permit posted on the wall was expired and everything was dingy, stained, and sticky. The employees were the highlight of our stay and everyone we interacted with was to be commended. The parking was easy and the hotel itself is accessible right off the highway. To sum everything up, I would not stay here again.

I like how convenient it was to shops and restaurants. I also was happy they allow pets and charge a reasonable fee.
