Cons:

The only thing was on the fourth floor the floor was like caving in a little bit like there's water damage or whatever so that might want to be fixed and before someone falls through

Grandkids enjoyed the pool

Staff was awesome, very helpful and helped with the change of our stay due to a 14 hour delay at airport

My family has stayed several times at the hotel, I had to put up a cash deposit and we have never been asked for a deposit in the past.

They would never stay here again!

From my family who stayed over the weekend:

I have never stayed at a hotel like this before. When we first arrived and entered Room 315, there was a strong odor that smelled like sewage or feces. We tried using air freshener, but it did not help at all.

The entire property appears to be in desperate need of updates and renovations. We decided to visit the pool, only to find ants all around the pool area. They were crawling on my legs and feet, and the pool water itself looked dirty and uninviting, so I chose not to get in.

To make matters worse, we had driven five hours to get to this hotel, expecting a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, many of the guests appeared to be under the influence of drugs, and there were unpleasant odors in the hallways and common areas. We later learned that the hotel was not very busy during our stay, which made us question the overall condition and management of the property.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel should seriously consider closing temporarily for extensive remodeling and improvements. I am extremely disappointed with our stay and truly wish I could receive a full refund.

An absolute dream
Pros:

The front desk staff is always so courteous and so professional. The housekeeping always make sure everything smells good and looks good. It's always very quiet and easy to rest after a long day. We had to stay here due to homeless reasons and will be leaving soon but if I could stay here permanently I would in a heartbeat.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest is maybe adding some instant packs of grits to the breakfast other than that no complaints

It was decent and cheap. Don’t go to breakfast without your meal ticket or you’ll be harassed.
Pros:

Breakfast. Even though my husband was harassed by housekeeping because he didn’t bring his “ticket.” He told her 4 separate times the name and room number and had to end up stepping away from his food and going to the front desk to situate it.

Cons:

The property was okay. It could’ve been in better shape and a little cleaner. It wasn’t bad though. We were told that there was no pet fee. We get there and they tried to charge us 40 dollars. I called the mainline before I booked and was told that there was not one unless they required accommodations and on the booking site under questions asked it was stated that there was no pet fee.
