Hard on wife getting to room

Cons:

My wife is handicap and the elevator was out and had Ben for a week. Staff didn’t let me know until we checked in. Had handicap room reserved. Our room was on 2nd floor

Pros:

Let's see when I get there i was told there was no elevator that its broken. The air-conditioning unit had a ringing noise 24/7 I called about it nobody showed up. And the hallway floors were absolutely disgusting stuff spilt everywhere and smelled.

It was pleasant and fun, because I was with the people I love most in the world.

I like the fact that it was close to the place I was going, and close to stores and gas stations, and restaurants.

Cons:

Well, we came during a time they were renovating, which made the stay somewhat unpleasant, but it was understandable.

Pros:

The location to the cruise port.

Cons:

Elevator did not work, walls were kicked in, the rugs were disgusting, and the hot water was just a trickle from the bathroom sink. I highly recommend passing on this hotel.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

The hotel and front desk clerk were very nice. When I arrived he let me know their elevator was unfortunately broken but he managed to secure me a room on the first floor and close by the front. Seeing that I was traveling alone this made my night after a long flight. The breakfast wasn't so that, but it was hot she fresh.

If I could afford a different hotel, I would have chosen another one.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the price was great.

Cons:

The refrigerator froze all my food. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was misshapen tilting up at the foot of the bed. There was no elevator and the fire alarm went off.

I am not sure I would stay there again, but I do like the brand, that one disappointed me.
Pros:

The location is great. The resturants were nice, especially The long Horn Steakhouse. The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator was broken, we were told at check-in. The staff did place us on the second floor near the stairs. We thank them for that. The ice machine on our floor was out of order.

I have membership with Wyndham's and cannot believe they have their name tied to your property.
Pros:

I did not like anything about the facility. Upon us arriving the elevators was broken and the staff advised they had not one room on the first floor and the only rooms available was 4th floor. We were going to a cruise and had plenty heavy bags and luggage. It was no way my husband could have cared our luggage up 3 flight of stairs.

Cons:

I was extremely dissatisfied with the room. It was infested with roaches...I woke up and reached for my belongings and roaches came out of my bags crawling all over the table, walls, dresser, headboard everywhere. Then I seen roaches crawling all on the walls and everywhere in the bed. It was discussing. I could not believe I slept in that bed. I will never in my life stay their again and will not recommend a dog with fleas to stay a half of night. If roaches were in the room they definitely was in the kitchen area. I had to dump all me stuff out of my bags to make sure they would not get in the cruise cabins. Terrible Nightmare!
