I had a very disappointing experience during check-in. After traveling 13 hours to reach my destination, I kindly requested an early check-in and even offered to pay an additional fee. Unfortunately, my request was refused without much consideration. While the receptionist was courteous and helpful, the supervisor on duty was quite unprofessional. He was dismissive and did not acknowledge me, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming and disrespectful.
After such a long journey, a bit of empathy and basic customer service would have made a significant difference. This experience did not meet the level of hospitality I expected.

Pros:

Free parking, and not much more.

Cons:

The room was smell like urine, we asked to change the room and they did. level 4 is completely smelly. I think is due to moisture and less using the room the AC is not working properly in that floor. The location is also too far from City center.

I enjoyed it.
Pros:

Everything was good especially breakfast. Very good. Staff was friendly but my room could have use extra towels and paper toilet. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Cons:

Lack of toilet paper and bathroom floor was sticky for whatever reason. Needed to be mop.
