The internet wasn’t working, so we couldn’t watch Netflix or YouTube. On the first night, a staff member fixed the issue right away, but he wasn’t there on the following nights, and none of the other employees were able to help us. One employee came to our room smelling of alcohol and didn’t even attempt to fix the problem. He simply told us that the internet wasn’t working throughout the building. The next day, a female staff member told us she would send someone to our room, but no one ever showed up. Other than the internet issue and the lack of assistance from the staff, everything else was okay.

Fantastic Sleep in the 80s Time Capsule
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location was ideal. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This hotel needs to be refurbished ASAP. It's like a time capsule of the 80s. The toilet was so low. Breakfast was very limited, no proteins. I am not sure I would stay there again.

Pros:

El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable en todo momento. La ubicación es muy buena, cercano al Sawgrass Mall (en auto). Nos quedamos una noche y las instalaciones, para ser un alojamiento de paso, estuvieron bien.

Cons:

La antiguedad del edificio, las habitaciones se veían un tanto descuidadas con manchas en la pared o pintura desgastada. Por otro lado, el desayuno fue muy básico ( café, jugos, pan y waffles), hubiese sido agradable que incluya huevos, jamón y/o fruta.

I didn't lik anything.
This location looks nice outside but inside is horrible and nasty. The carpet is nasty and the room is dirty with dirty ceiling fan. Carpet in the room is ridiculous and needs changing. The lamp is rusted and chipped. Honestly the location needs a total renovation to the inside.

See above. Filty and dirty carpet and rooms. It smelled. I only stayed one night.

Excelente relación precio calidad

El tamaño y comfort de de la habitación. El desayuno estaba bastante bien, aunque podría agregar frutas y opciones saludables. Su ubicación es un poco alejada de los puntos de interés, pero en auto se alcanzan en 10-30 minutos.

Reclamo de garantía.
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, ya que estaba cerca al Sowgrass Mills.

Cons:

Lo que no me ha gustado hasta el momento, es que di una garantía de 50 dólares y dijeron que me devolverían luego de 2 días de haber salido del hotel y ya voy más de 10 días y no me devuelven, tampoco contestan a mi correo que les envié y también reclamé por medio de esta plataforma y no obtengo respuesta.
Sigo la esperando la devolución de mi dinero.
