Pros:

room was cozy, housekeeping wasn't the best had to ask to clean the room and it did not get done a few days. Other than that the staff were great very attentive.

Cons:

The hot water in lobby was not hot at all I had to heat up the watr in my room before making a cup of tea.

I was in a dilemma with my debit card and I have no credit cards. The GM let me pay cash 😀.
Pros:

We had 1st floor. Coffee station at front desk. The fact that the GM let me pay cash when I was on a bind!!

Cons:

I should have been ask if I wanted the extension on the day. I hit that by accident. I spent extra cash for that.
That there was no first aid kit at the front desk.

My booking agent took all my money and forgot to get my rooms and they didn't have the rooms that I wanted so they gave me two rooms with adjoining door worked out perfectly they accommodated us when it wasn't even their problem. Very grateful everybody was so nice

Cons:

Walking out of the room to the balcony and watching all of the New Year's fireworks from Busch gardens beautiful and a 10:00 shows from Busch gardens from the balcony beautiful

Lençol havia manchas de velho, manchas que pareciam estar sujos. Mais o pior Ê o cheiro INSUPORTÁVEL de cigarro me atacou alergia ! Não fique aqui se não quiser morrer sufocado por cheiro de cigarro que prende no quarto! Não adianta reforma, e hall lindo se o ar condicionado Ê podre e puxa e prende cheiro de tabaco!

Super Lage direkt bei Bush Gardens. Großes Zimmer.
Sehr nettes Personal. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Bad etwas klein. Boden staubig. ZimmertĂźr verzogen und musste mit Kraft geschlossen werden.
