Our stay was great , everyone enjoyed it.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, would rather have had scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled eggs. The ladies working in the breakfast area were very nice & attentive especially the lady working on Wednesday, sorry I didn’t get her name. They work hard keeping it clean & stocked. It’s a shame some people have no home training & just leave everything they used just sitting where they have it for someone else to clean it up. We had 5 kids with us from age 10-6 and they knew where to put their trash.

Cons:

I have no complaints except my hair dryer in my room didn’t work it was a nice stay & every one enjoyed the pool .

Pros:

Staffs was attentive.

Cons:

The facility is not clean, has odor along the hallway. Bedroom floor has crack and open, not sure when the last time the floor was replaced. Lobby coffee is cold, and there is no hot water for anything else.

The location mainly

Cons:

The facility was not updated. Pictures were deceiving. Mattresses need to be replaced. In the room the iron holder and other accessories were rusted. The pool furniture was rusted.

Amazing
Pros:

The pool was perfect temperature. The room was nice and clean. The staff was perfect right across the street from Busch Gardens. We enjoyed everything about this place.

Breakfast was terrible nothing but bread muffins and waffles! Juice machine was broken so only coffee or milk was available I don't drink either! Beds was hard as a rock, pillows look like old couch cushions with a pillowcase on them bathroom had weird stains all over it! Requested a first floor they put us on the second floor!!
