It’s literally a nightmare hotel
The staff is unprepared and by staff I mean the only person in the whole hotel, it is dirty, unsafe, very poorly maintained, smells awful. If you only have the choice to stay at that hotel please either sleep on the street or on your car.

The location in reference to the venue
The ice machines were nonfunctional, the floors were sticky and dirty within the room and the continental breakfast only had limited supply of essentially leftovers while missing several key options very early in the morning that were stated to have been available during the specified hours.
Breakfast was horrible. Would not recommend.
Location near the fair grounds. Made it easy to walk over
Everything else. There was no staff on site, o ly a kiosk to check in/out. There were bugs in the lobby, and in the room. The elevator sounded like it was going to break. The entire property is in desperate nead of a renovation.
It was close to the venue we went to literally across the street
When you check in it’s via a screen not someone in person , they charge you $100 deposit even after you paid for the room in advance that they don’t tell you about that you get back 3-5 days after check out the entire place smelt like mildew the floor near the ac in our room was completely soaked with water their were German roaches in the bathroom the remote for the tv hardly worked it states complementary buffet breakfast but only options was ssg patty egg patty white bread or bagel then could not even take our food to our room was told that if we did take to our room it will be $10 per plate charged to the room

There was metal sticking out of the mattress and my sister cut herself.
More clean and friendlier staff and maybe not be so stingy with toilet paper or napkins. One guy which i want to say is the manager but he had to tell the Spanish lady to give me some after I tried talking yo her in Spanish because I SPEAK SPANISH and the Indian guy didn't but he did sound pretty decent. It was just weird idk but I might give it another chance. We will see

The hallway was extremely dirty. The door to the room was not hung properly.
