when we first arrived you had to check in through a kiosk with a guy on a headset speaking broken English, not ideal. Shower didn't work.

Absolute SHIT HOLE
Room was good, needs upgrading/updating. The entire location needs updating. There are spotlights in the ground (front of hotel in front of parking lot) that are not working, cables, sticking out and it is a trip hazard.
The tub was awkward. I had to stand with my legs apart, since it has an indention (tub sinks in the center). Last morning, I almost fell trying to reach for the shampoo.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
I stayed in room 324. The bathtub/shower flooded the bathroom at 3am when my younger sister showered, there was mold on the painting in the shower, there were spots of dirt in the mattress base and the air conditioner in the window sounded like it was close to dying, there were only 3 tv channels on the television, the whole property smelled weird and musty and the beds smelled like chlorine. Was not worth the $176 that I spent for a single night I will not be returning.
What did I like? Absolutely nothing, they gave me a stinky room ,carpet stink, i went back to the office to request another room , front desk told me no and I had to tell cancel my reservation then she gave me another room ,mud everywhere, oh I forgot, people smoked in the elevator it smells, I will be glad if you guys send me my money back ,because my daughter was crying and kept saying daddy can we go somewhere else?
Oh yes , that's my favorite question, the mud, humidity, dirty bed, stinky carpet, elevator smells, they tricked me with the advertisement, what i saw ain't what I got ,the hotel looks like a big cage.. I didn't like the customer service, they know what they are doing that's why they don't give you any receipt,

Hallway floors were dirty, elevator did not work, did not have enough food for guests at breakfast, no one cleaned the room or even have star towels and wash clothes, stains on bathroom door.
