The room smelt like mildew and mold there was mold in the bathroom. Also seen some cockroaches crawling around

Honestly only the price.
The room was not clean upon arrival. I ended up having to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself just to feel somewhat comfortable staying there.
There was also a noticeable bug problem, not only in the room but throughout the property. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and the entire facility appears to be in need of significant updates and remodeling.
Additionally, the air conditioner had a musty smell that seemed to trigger our allergies. It made me question whether the air filters and HVAC system are being properly maintained.
To make matters worse, when we requested additional bath towels, the front desk attendant refused to provide them. She stated that because there were already two towels in the room, she could only give us one extra towel. This was disappointing and inconvenient, especially for multiple guests staying in the room.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, the bug issues, the unpleasant odors, and the poor customer service, I would not recommend staying here unless the property undergoes significant improvements.
