Hotel stink bad says no smoking smelled Luke cigarettes I was charged $20 because of a wash cloth
The extensive and free parking was the huge selling point here and it was close to the freeway and for getting around midtown, Buckhead, and NE Atlanta. I did like the need for room key access to enter the building at night to help prevent ne’er do-wellers from entering the building.
Generally fine, although having the security (?) keeping an eye on the car park at night was good.

toilet overflowed but fixed immediately.
employee shameka b. went out of her way to take care of a checkin issue because my guarentee 3pm check in did not happen till 415. she provided adaquate compensation for the error to my satisfaction.
the hotel emailed me a 3pm checkin guarentee but room was not ready until 415 and only one employee cared and took care of me. didnt matter to the others. normally would not have mattered to me but caused me to miss a 4pm zoom conference

Las camas eran incómodas. El piso temblaba cuando pasaba en las cercanía un tren o camión y ocasionaba intermitencia en la luZ. No fueron claros con el horario del desayuno y muchos se quedaron sin desayunar. No pusieron suficiente jabón a pesar que era una habitación para tres
