Pros:

The breakfast was great, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean

The sink had some hairs in it when we arrived & the room smelled a little funky

I couldn't wait to check out and be on my way.
Pros:

Desk staff person was excellent.
Nice towels in room.

Cons:

Breakfast was very sparse and limited. Had to ask for yogurt (staff must be instructed to put out little product). Only bread to toast. No english muffins, bagels, etc. Exact same eggs and sausage both days.

Room was clean. Nice towels. Room was not very comfortable. Wifi never worked.

Lobby furniture is awful.

Muy limpio y cómodas las habitaciones, el hotel es muy bonito y esta céntrico para trasladarse

Cons:

El personal de recepción debería ser mas amable y empatido con los clientes parecen robots y nos les interesa ayudar en nada, no quiero entrar en detalles pero hasta mi hijo de 12 años se dio cuenta de los odiosos y pesados que son los de recepción

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay here was honestly unacceptable and felt misleading from start to finish.

The hotel was falsely advertised online. The photos and descriptions do not match the reality of the lobby or the property. The room I received did not reflect what was promised, and I felt misled by the listing.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional. It was slow, confusing, and the staff made it very complicated. It felt like a complete lack of organization and basic customer service.

Once inside the hallway, there was a noticeable, unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. It felt like a combination of stale odors and poor ventilation, which is not acceptable for a paid stay. My door also didn’t shut all the way and my bathroom was very dirty.

Finally, the price charged was false and inconsistent with what was advertised. I was charged more than what was listed online, and the pricing was not transparent or accurate.

Overall, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. This stay did not reflect the standards advertised, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
