My toilet was clogged and I told the front desk he said he was contacting maintenance. When I called back 5 hours later a lady said they have no maintenance I had to hold my poop the entire stay
I needed to check in before the listed check-in time. The staff was very accommodating in this process.
Some of the guests were less friendly than I hoped they would be.
It was conveniently located, also dated, but was decently kept.
The fridge in the room got water all over the floor in the middle of the night.

The Ice machine on level 3 would get jammed

Nasty room, nasty mattress bed bugs definitely there. Denge bed sheets many holes in the top comfortable, smells like shit. The staff could care less after I nicely complained. I am reporting this to the county and the state with evidence stay away from this place.
I like the fact that they offered me a second room option after the first one
Had issues with the bathroom and cleanliness
The second option was just as bad and they said they would refund the money back to booking dot com.Once I contacted them and refused to issue my credit back very disappointed

Wasn't clean and smells badly and the room was full of fruit fly.
I liked that there was no pet fee.
The 1st room they gave us was disgusting. The mirrors were dirty and had gnats all. The bedding had holes. The floors had not been mopped. We switched to room #2 this was even worse. Once again the mirrors and sink were filthy. The beds had stains on them and it literally had poop on the bathroom wall. The 3rd and final room wasn't that bad it was actually clean. However there was no soap anywhere in the room, the water in the sink barley worked. The day staff were absolutely rude. When we brought issues to the front day staff attention they were reluctant to help. Ran out of toilet paper and literally was given attitude about it. The housekeeping was even worse. We are a family of 4. They refused to give us one extra set of linen. Had to go to front desk to get it. Housekeeping was very rude and argumentative. Never cleaned the room while we were there. No where in the description did it state that the hotel was used for monthly rentals. The floors in the lobby and hallway had stains everywhere.
We really didn't have a lot of complaints. Everything was decent from the time we arrived to the time we left. Not a whole lot of interaction from staff but that's okay; we didn't need them really. Bathroom was decent, sheets were okay, fridge was cold, TV worked. Overall a decent stay with minor imperfections...could use further renovations.
Two small baby roaches crawling on the wall but that was taken care of. I had brought my own bug spray to spray the room with because I had children with me. I also brought cleaning supplies but didn't use it other than for a soda spill. We didn't use the quilts on the bed, they didn't look good to us so we just laid on top of the white sheets. Room could have used a good broom and mop for the floors and a good dusting.
The motel is a piece of trash.
Everything could have been better. The hotel is a piece of garbage.
