Pros:

Breakfast was fine. The hair and filth in the tub were not acceptable. The common areas are filthy; the room wasn't bad, but overall it left a bad impression.

Pros:

When we arrived we were told that the key making machine was not working and we would have to have someone escort us to our room any time we wanted to enter. This also applied to the laundry room and pool area. We were told that a repair person was coming the next day to fix it. The next morning we overheard the desk clerk tell someone else that the repair person would not be there for three days. It was extremely inconvenient to have to wait for someone to open our room. We feel that we should receive some compensation for this.
