Nice big room
Difficulty extending room if you booked through 3rd party
The location to the race track and downtown bustle.
The staff was friendly. The check in was quick and simple. The appearance was nice in the hotel rooms. Makes you feel comfortable. It dont feel cheap. The breakfast was actually good food. Seasoned. And real food. I was impressed with the eggs. Omelet style with cheese. Like worrrd lol

1 bed did not have a comforter or blankets. I tried to reach the desk there was a constant busy signal so I had to come and get the blankets

Nous mettons malheureusement une mauvaise note car pour ce séjour nous étions 10 personnes et avions réservé le petit déjeuner compris, celui ci bien stipule dans notre confirmation de réservation et au moment du petit déjeuner le lendemain matin on nous a informé que nous avions droit à deux petits déjeuners par chambre !! Nous avions deux chambres donc 4 petits déjeuners pour 10 !!
Nous avons expliqué la situation, montré notre réservation, prouvant que nous avions les petits déjeuners compris, mais rien à faire aucun geste commercial !! . Nous avons payé le prix de la réservation de deux chambres avec petit déjeuner inclus et ne les avons pas eu !
On a essayé de nous faire comprendre que chez eux, le petit déjeuner était un pack uniquement pour deux personnes.
Cette information, n’est stipule nulle part ! Vraiment dommage que cela s’est terminé comme cela.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. While a free breakfast was not included, a restaurant was available in the hotel for breakfast. There was plenty of free parking.
Check-in was pretty quick and the staff were nice. I liked the convenience store in the lobby and that breakfast is available in the morning. We stayed in the king bedroom suite. The room was spacious and the walls were thick, making our stay quiet.
While the room was mostly clean I felt that the floors could have been mopped better as our socks were pretty black after walking around the room. I also found that the extra bedding for the pull out bed was in an open zipper bag. I was pretty sure the extra bedding was clean but I would've preferred a sealed bag or plastic wrap to ensure cleanliness. Our coffee maker didn't work and the kitchen is not stocked with napkins, plates, or basic silverware. I don't know if it's possible but the fire alarms flash light at all times- if that could be changed, that would've made sleep much more peaceful.
