Decent but extra with fees$$
Pros:

I like the location, it was close to many things.

Cons:

Breakfast-I was mislead about the breakfast as the way it appeared on site it makes it appear that it is included, it is not. For the price it did not match up to the value
Deposit-The person when I checked repeatedly shared to pay a deposit for incidentals and it would be returned after checkout, a week later and it has not been applied nor showing pending on my card. A lot of these hotels in the area will ask for a cash or card deposit. After my experience with this and a few hotels. Keep about 100 dollars in cash so you can get immediately refunded.
The trash cans were overfilled with trash. Just not a good look especially when cleaning staff was there and just let it go even when checking out

Needs a bit better cleaning- but overall nice place
Pros:

Nice staff, great location, seems safe and I thought it was clean for the most part until the end

Cons:

Everything was great minus the very large roach in the room under the table - thankfully it was dead but still disturbing

Layout of room was spacious in 2 room suite.

Cons:

Elevator didn't have an inspection showing and sounded scary. Housekeeping elevator is broken.

Comfortable ease.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Traveling alone I felt safe and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd stay at this location in the last four months & I will choose this location again. Will certainly continue to stay at this location when traveling in the future. Didn't eat at the restaurant this trip - but enjoyed the food during my previous stays.

Cons:

Absolutely no complaints.

It was a good value for one night.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and TV was good.

Cons:

The items at the small convenience shop and everything else (food and snacks) were overpriced, but that is what happens at hotels.
