Comfortable stay in clean hotel
Pros:

Hotel is operating at a new property so the rooms and common areas are fresh and clean. Ample Parking. Quiet street though there is a truck lot behind the property. The staff was courteous and greeted us.

Cons:

The location requires a little bit of driving to get from the highways I-95, though the traffic on local streets was ok.

Well there was a tiny black bug on my bed and we all know what that means also the shower smelled extremely bad it smelled like somebody recently took a shower in there 🤮

The breakfast is not free!

clean and spacious room

Cons:

I booked Holiday Inn because all the Holiday Inns I stayed in previously had good and free hot breakfast. The confirmation email I received also says that breakfast is included. But, when I went to the breakfast room in this Holiday Inn, I was told the meal is not free. Surprised, I talked to the front desk and showed her the email. She agreed to give me 2 meal coupons. But my family has 4 people. This is very disappointing.

Nice location. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Showers didn't have any water pressure and water was Luke warm the entire stay. It never got hot.

I like the location, it was close to many things.

Breakfast-I was mislead about the breakfast as the way it appeared on site it makes it appear that it is included, it is not. For the price it did not match up to the value
Deposit-The person when I checked repeatedly shared to pay a deposit for incidentals and it would be returned after checkout, a week later and it has not been applied nor showing pending on my card. A lot of these hotels in the area will ask for a cash or card deposit. After my experience with this and a few hotels. Keep about 100 dollars in cash so you can get immediately refunded.
The trash cans were overfilled with trash. Just not a good look especially when cleaning staff was there and just let it go even when checking out

Needs a bit better cleaning- but overall nice place
Pros:

Nice staff, great location, seems safe and I thought it was clean for the most part until the end

Cons:

Everything was great minus the very large roach in the room under the table - thankfully it was dead but still disturbing

It was all clean area, nice service and decent breakfast

Elevators are a bit slow. That was it.
