Clean and quiet
Need to switch up the breakfast it was biscuits and gravy every day. I was there.
Rooms where nasty and had bed bugs and I was refused a refund but was offered a different room eww why would I stay somewhere with bed bugs never again

I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham Chicago and was extremely disappointed. I tried to pay using my company credit card, which I’ve used at other hotels in the same chain just days before, and they still refused. I even showed that I arrived in a clearly marked company truck, but they wouldn’t let me pay. They also wouldn’t let me talk to a manager to explain the situation, and because of that, I had to find another hotel even though I requested an extra day. On top of that, the room wasn’t in great shape — the chair seat was torn, the carpet was damaged, and it just didn’t feel fresh. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Everything except staff bvcuy was in the vet and my service dog was dropped off after his 1 half say vet visit and the following morning i was charged me 100 dollars and asked to leave without being told they deducted 100 dollars from my account for no reason except what I was told when I called later in the day was because of my.pet even though I explained he's my service dog.
