Very nice and accommodating
Everything was great no complaints
- Breakfast was great. Coffee was good, choices were very good, people were kind and helpful. Conversation with a friend was easy because there was not a lot of noise in the area.
- In the room itself - plenty of room in the room - I could walk around without bumping into things. And I slept well, so that's an automatic win for the room and the bed, which was comfortable, firm, but not board-like, clean, well placed in the room.
- Also the desk area was just right - out of the way, but available if I had heavy computer work, Internet was solid.
- Lighting - marginal. Loved the bedside lighting (including the plug-ins) but the overall lighting was inadequate because it was cloudy outside and I was unable to see color well enough to even see what color of socks I had. Finding the switches that turned on the lamp was a bit baffling as well. It was on, so turning off required unplugging and re-plugging in the morning because I could not find a wall switch or a light switch - in part because the room was too dark.
- Comfort seating - for reading, phone conversation, or TV. This is personal preference, not a negative, but I prefer a comfortable chair to the lounge chair/couch that can double as a bed for an extra person (which would not have been a comfortable sleeping area anyway) - it looked great, but was not comfortable.
Everything was nice. We enjoyed our stay.
Nothing.
Shower was great
No free breakfast
meeting place
Place had Starbucks and bars, and that’s my kind of hotel
No comment
We stayed here when our AC went out and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in, and the shower was better as well! Everything was clean, hotel was quiet. No complaints at all!
Nice large lobby with lots of light
We booked a room with two queens and there were none left upon check in so they gave us a king with a pull out couch. There was no bedding for the couch and it took almost an hour and three phone calls to receive bedding.
The whole place was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and sports bar served delicious food and had lovely atmosphere.
I had to park a ways out a few times bc of the many paid parking spots, but it’s wasn’t too bad.
The staff was very nice!
Close to the surgical hospital. The staff members were wonderful - except when I called in food for pickup downstairs at the hotel’s restaurant, she wasn’t as friendly as the other interactions I had with staff.
My mother isn’t handicapped, but is elderly and has difficulty getting in and out of the shower. That being said, the location of the toilet paper roll and the lack of a hand rail in the shower proved to be difficult for my mother. And the hairdryer was in the closet instead of the bathroom which is an odd location. Also, to have to pay for parking that is closer to the building (and difficult for her to get around) is a bit silly in my opinion.
Easy to get to. Nice room
Nothing
Everything was great! We went as a family. Kids ages 5 & 7 they had a great time in the pool. Everything was clean and it was quite. The location is great. We will definitely be staying here again!
It's kind of a long walk from the parking lot into the hotel.
The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. Perfect stay!!
