Great second visit to this property. Will definitely come back
Pros:

This was the second time our family stayed at this property. Everything was great, the staff was very friendly, rooms and interiors were clean and bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the area.

Great staff, got bedbug bites…Marriot was less than responsive to the issue when called, didn’t seem to care even though it was a Marriot property. EXTREMELY disappointed with the chain and response. Truly terrible response from Marriot customer service. Didn’t seem to care or want to resolve the issue, pulling teeth to get Marriot to contact the hotel.

Easy check in and we had small kiddos. They were kind at front desk, changed our bedding quickly when our little guy spilled all over… and were friendly .

Great customer service!
Pros:

Great customer service! We were greeted by Megan at the front registration desk, and she couldn't have been more welcoming. We came on motorcycles and she allowed us to park under the awning, and was so kind. The room was also very comfortable and clean! Hotel is located right on the riverfront, which is a wonderful location. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot for family.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious and felt clean. We slept well. No issues. We could walk to restaurants and shops.
