Clean
Nothing really
The room was excellent
The breakfast was disappointing
Location, WiFi, desk staff and shuttle service all very good.
Bed duvet not clean and bathroom space cramped. Floor sticky.
The ease of having a shuttle pick me up at the airport The speed and helpfulness and friendliness of the shuttle driver. The quickness of checking in
Convenient. Easy check I. And check out
Very small shower and toilet space and loud fan. No hot food at the bfst
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I only stayed for one night, yet my credit card was charged significantly more than what I was originally quoted. When I noticed the overcharge and contacted the hotel, the front desk staff were completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, the manager was rude and dismissive when I tried to discuss the problem. After promising to look into it, they became impossible to reach. Multiple calls and messages went unanswered, and no one ever followed up with me regarding the refund I was owed.
Customer service appears to be nonexistent here. Paying customers deserve clear communication and fair billing practices, neither of which I received. Being overcharged is frustrating enough, but having the hotel refuse to refund the difference and then ignore attempts to resolve the matter is unacceptable.
I would not recommend staying here based on my experience. There are plenty of hotels that value their guests and handle billing issues professionally, this is not one of them.
Location is close to the airport.
Beds were uncomfortable pillows were awful there was hardly anything to choose from for breakfast. I expected way more from a Hilton Property.
I had a good experience. Room was large and clean. Look, it was a Super 8 experience for $75 a night, don’t expect the Ritz. Staff was friendly, cold breakfast was serviceable. I would stay for one night any time. It’s not a place to stay for a week.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine and clean.
The breakfast was not great. It only had some cereal, bagels, oranges, tea/coffee,juice and some odd tasting hard boiled eggs. I found most of the front desk staff to be mildly disinterested and dismissive. The shuttle goes to the airport once an hour 15 minutes after the hour. I had a 6 am flight but didn't want to be at the airport at 4:15 so I took the 5:15 am. It didn't show up and I had to go back in twice to ask about it. The second time the front desk person ask my room number and called someone. Then he said it'll be another 5 minutes if that's okay. What else am I going to do? I barely made my flight but was lucky that it wasn't crowded at the airport.
Skimpy
The front desk person was rude. I had forgot my ID and yet my wife had her ID and she threatened too cancel our reservation. I had the booking info on phone email which she ignored. She suggested we drive back home four-hours away and get my ID
We have stayed at many of your hotels in the past but this time ,it upset our short vacation in Maine. Your employee finally used my wife's info after deliberately being overbearing and rude

The breakfast could use some work!!
BREAKFAST NOT SO INPRESSIVE
I liked the value and cleanliness.
I did NOT like the there was no coffee in the room. Having to get dressed to go 30 rooms and the downstairs to get a coffee is ridiculous!
Worth the price
Not a whole lot of selections for breakfast
Location
I didn’t have any body wash which was a huge bummer. I asked for 2nd floor because that feels safer as a single woman. I was given a room on the first floor.
