Looks good from afar but not great.
Pros:

The lobby was nice and the staff were polite. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

Our room had many issues. The desk was completely cracked, the wall had a large bubble in the paint from a leak. The bathroom was a mess with subpar repair work, crumbling wall in the corner, broken door lock, and rusted out caulking in the shower.

It was disappointing!
Pros:

It was close to the airport, but found out that there were better hotels located closer.

Cons:

No ice bucket, the recliner chair that was in every room was missing and the front desk acted as though that was normal but we had stayed there a week earlier in the same type of room and it was missing.

Stayed for an event up the road. Staff got a kick out of the costumes my friend and I were wearing.

Pros:

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I only stayed for one night, yet my credit card was charged significantly more than what I was originally quoted. When I noticed the overcharge and contacted the hotel, the front desk staff were completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, the manager was rude and dismissive when I tried to discuss the problem. After promising to look into it, they became impossible to reach. Multiple calls and messages went unanswered, and no one ever followed up with me regarding the refund I was owed.

Customer service appears to be nonexistent here. Paying customers deserve clear communication and fair billing practices, neither of which I received. Being overcharged is frustrating enough, but having the hotel refuse to refund the difference and then ignore attempts to resolve the matter is unacceptable.

I would not recommend staying here based on my experience. There are plenty of hotels that value their guests and handle billing issues professionally, this is not one of them.

Beds were uncomfortable pillows were awful there was hardly anything to choose from for breakfast. I expected way more from a Hilton Property.

Good for the price
Pros:

I had a good experience. Room was large and clean. Look, it was a Super 8 experience for $75 a night, don’t expect the Ritz. Staff was friendly, cold breakfast was serviceable. I would stay for one night any time. It’s not a place to stay for a week.
