I ordered room service and did not get the correct meal and still got charged despite my feedback this morning on my departure after having to wake the lady on the front desk up. I would like a refund and was told someone will call me to discuss but still no response

Great 3 days..enjoyed the room service..with my slippers on!
Pros:

The room is a good size, beds good, location great!

Cons:

The shower! Hate showers in baths! Not great for mobility issues!

Pros:

The staff were very friendly! Good location
My daughter was sick in the night and they were so helpful, I asked for sheets and they sent the house keeper to change them. She was so kind and nice, I offered to change them but nothing was too much!

Stay was good, breakfast was terrible and certainly not worth what we paid for it
Pros:

Room was tidy and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast was a poor experience. There was not a lot of each dish available and what was available was old or cold. The bacon had been in for a long time and you could not cut or eat it, the poached egg was solid all the way through and had been sitting for a while, and there was only 2 pieces of bread available for toasting

Comfy and convenient but not what it once was.
Pros:

Good location, comfy bed.

Cons:

Quite outdated interior and amenities, check in took a long time and there were issues with the key machine, the bathroom layout is awkward and the shower leaked a lot of water onto the bathroom floor.
