La habitación era muy cómoda
El lobby tenía un olor terrible a cigarro
The lights in the room kept flickering. The carpet was no good at all. The shower was not decent at all had no shampoo or conditioner in our room.

Their was to many homeless people just hanging around the hotel inside and out, my granddaughter was followed by one of the homeless men we told the front desk but obviously their was nothing done because the guy was hanging outside on the bench harassing people, my girlfriend and her came to visit and was harassed by the same man.we felt very uncomfortable going to the pool because of this, my 13 yr old grandson was harassed due to wearing his packers shirt from people in the lobby at the breakfast station,it was told to front desk staff but did not seem to care. Was terrified that my car was going to get broke into. This hotel is way overpriced for what you have to put up with. The shower heads need replaced ours barely worked, we had to have housekeeping, come and reclean, our room. There was dirty socks on the floor from the previous occupant, the tv did not work, their was pubic hair in our bathtub, the room was way overpowered with Cologne smell.
It was overall, a horrible experience.
When i travel I expect my bed to be made on a daily basis. They forget to put me on the cleaning schedule even after I asked them to. Bed was only made once in 7 days. Not acceptable.

Actually the staff were very helpful
The pool had way too much chlorine and my kids and people everywhere I stopped thought I was hiding.....something like if I was crying because I always wore my sunglasses but it had nothing to do with the amazonian Macha I hid in the room with red feathers who just kept on picking at my neck like trying to pick a bugg or something and hurt my feelings as I saw it walk in there with SpongeBob squarepants holding Patrick by the hand as they went in the shower all night and started smoking salmon on a coat hanger but other than that it was pretty interesting.........plus the at the front desk 🙃 😍 ... secrets shhhhhhhhhĥhhhhhhh I'm the guy with the key and note wink. Thank you
