Needs updating
Pros:

Great location, free breakfast, free parking.

Cons:

Need updated. Bathroom needs overhaul. There were areas on the wall and where the shower pole is screwed in that has been painted over many times and still cracking. Water pressure in shower is too low. Walls super thin, the adjoining room had guests we didn't know - they were so loud and you can hear every boom or bang and conversation. Elevator really slow. It would have been nice to have 2 queens rather than 2 doubles, which are super small. Pillows are flat. There were 3 pillows per bed, it would have been nice to have 4 so that each person had 2. Need another garbage can in the rooms; the one small one is not enough. It's a room for 4 guests, yet there were 3 big towels, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels. Iron and ironing board were broke. We had to lay the ironing board on the bed because it wouldn't stay up.

Slept well enough. Front desk/staff friendly. But will never stay there again.
Pros:

The microwave and mini fridge in the room was convenient and ok. TV was nice. Beds were comfortable but felt a little itchy.

Cons:

The window had a crack. One of the locks on the room door didn't work. Had to rely on the swing latch and the main door lock for security. The middle luck was broke. Also, this being the biggest dislike, two police cars were sitting in front of the main entrance when I arrived for check in. Police were clearly looking for somebody. Two days later, the building smoke alarm woke everybody up early in the morning. Found out shortly that the police and firetruck had set it off and ignited a smoke device on the first floor (we were thankfully on the 4th) to lure somebody out of their room That's two incidents of police activity in three days! Not comforting.
