Easy access - good parking.
Pros:

Left before breakfast. Appreciated that there was a washer dryer to use BUT no one had quarters OR soap to buy so suggest that gets figured out. Also elevator wasn’t working - these things happen BUT a sign out of order would be helpful. I read before booking there was a jacuzzi BUT not anymore. No bottle opener available at front desk - simple fix. Staff very nice!

Totally sucked.

Cons:

Experience was awful. Elevator was not working. Night Manager basically said we could leave...but when I mentioned I prepaid...he said call booking.com and walked away. Did not offer anything...and disappeared. Pitiful

We stayed several times breakfast is always good, beds are comfortable, staff is awesome

Cons:

Only complaint was tv didnt work( had just gotten new tv hooks up ) we were offered options to fix said problem.

Pros:

Staff member (Catalina) and lock specialist were extremely diligent in attempting to solve a room key / lock issue we and another guest had. Although, in our case, the actual key problem was not solvable the evening of our check-in, we were still able to have a safe and acceptable stay in our room.

Cons:

Room key / lock issue for our room was not optimal but we were able to work around it, without any serious issue.
