Breakfast was sub-satisfactory. The items promised, eggs particularly, were not available. The second morning we went elsewhere to get a decent meal.
The ice machine was not convenient at all. The food was not good, all packaged.
Helpful staff. Although we missed the parking lot the first time going into it, it was in a great location for what we needed. Spacious parking and a decent breakfast available. Would recommend it and if we are ever in the area will stay again.
Personnel très très agréable
When we got to the hotel, the door to enter into the hallway was propped open. We felt unsafe because when we tried to close the door and it didn't stay closed. So anyone could get in the hallway even if they didn't have a key card. The halls smelt like marijuana. The room smelt like vomit. I wish I would have spent a little bit more money and stayed somewhere else completely.

Good breakfast selection. Clean, quiet room.
Parking lot is small & it was full, so we couldn't park near our room.
It was close to Interstate 5 but not so close that one could hear the traffic. Bed was comfortable and the fan system worked well for white noise.
I didn't bring a pet yet the room was filled with pet hair. It was all over the floor, tables, and chairs. There was also a lot of human hair in the bathroom. I could hear every word from my neighbors when I was in the bathroom.
They held on to my partial after forgetting it in the bathroom.
