The room was absolutely gross dead bugs all over the floor windows the shower human hair on towels in room pee stains on bed and mast weird liquid under bed broken bed frame bad customer service hidden fees no compensation for their faults and laziness they hire drug users that are supposed to clean rooms when I got here I had to clean my own room because it was nasty and they would not give me a discount rate or a free night after over paying for a gross room and I’ve heard from people all over town that it’s horrible and has had bed bug problems multiple times poor management poor maintenance mold and mildew smell throughout the building

This place was very sketchy from the get go. It rents out weekly, which we didn’t know on booking, so there were questionable people hanging around and dumpy vehicles in the parking lot. When some of us went looking around the outside, the man working behind the desk came out yelling and calling us losers YES calling guests losers for looking around. We were actually expecting to see drug users around back. The girl working inside was lovely!! I’m sorry she had to go through this. Needless to say, we didn’t stay, especially after the man working behind the desk called some of us losers… I DON’T recommend this place period!! It’s really sad when you are travelling on a budget and that means you’re staying at dumpy places. Why is that? Why can’t you travel anymore and be able to stay at a clean hotel without having to pay exorbitant amounts of money. What has happened? Very disappointed!!

Worst hotel experience EVER! If I could give this a lower score, I would. Everything was dirty. Couldn't anything replaced without rudeness or empty promises. Chair had previous person's food ground into it. First few days we couldn't get out of our room, last few, we couldn't get back in because key sensor didn't work. Requested room service, which never happened. They expected the three of us to use the two towels, that were already dirty, for an entire week. The staff, except for a couple of people were horribly rude. Our door looked like it had been kicked in.

It was right off the interstate so easy to get back on for my job the next morning.

In a room with five outlets, two sort of worked. This hotel should not have passed any kind of legitimate safety inspection. I wish I could post my pictures!! There are signs posted about cigarette butts being disposed of properly, however they are everywhere. Furniture is damaged, large puddle of water from the fridge as we walked into the room. Housekeeping came and mopped it up and turned the temp up on it. One bed had sheets with blue ink scribbled on it. Please read and consider the reviews. I wish I had followed my instincts. I will say the staff were kind. Good luck.

My first night was horrible... People smoking and drinking as we were trying to move passed them to gain entry into the hotel. Our room did not lock and the hotel was dirty and smelled of freshly smoked pot. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were closed but we had to seek and find them. It was disappointing. There is no elevator. I found out when I got yelled at by the maid that it was partly staff that greeted us with smoking and drinking by the entrance the first night. The office ladies were extremely helpful and nice

The staff is so kind and courteous they treat everybody with respect and appreciation the rooms are big nice quiet and cozy the staff go above and beyond what they should to help against I highly recommend visiting this place

Overall unclean. There was a fingernail was left on the fridge. Random hairs on the bed. The smell was horrible coming in, but I at least expected it to be a cleaner space. On top of that there was no lock on my door. When I told the lady at the front desk she did call maintenance which took a while to come fix the lock. On top of that there was no microwave in the room when I got there and there were pubes on the toilet seat.

The staff was excellent

The microwave didn’t work and there was only one channel on cable, MTV. That’s it.
