My whole experience was excellent. High5 for those housekeepers whom keep those rooms super clean :)

it was nice property, pool and lobby area was good but some of the basic facilities was not there.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but same every day, I stayed in this property for 3 days but my main door lock and Bathroom lock was not working at all, complin at front desk but no maintenance was done.

When we arrived at the hotel, the administrator who was at the front desk was very rude.I asked to show me the room in which I will live. He was very indignant and waved his hands.When I entered the hotel, there was a very unpleasant smell. Therefore, I decided to check the condition of the room. The room was exactly in this condition. I I said that I would not live in this hotel, I would go to another one.The picture I saw on the site does not match what I saw live. Therefore, excuse me, but living in such a room for such money is indecent.Please refund the amount of my payment, which I transferred via card, because I will not live in this hotel.tank you.
