Parking was close and available. Location is great.

Cons:

The condition of the room was disappointing and reflected a lack of proper maintenance. There were visible holes in the carpeting near the entrance, apparent mold and water damage surrounding the bathtub, and numerous poorly finished drywall patches throughout the bathroom. Additionally, sections of wallpaper in the room had been patched and were visibly peeling away from the walls.

Even more concerning was an extremely inappropriate incident that occurred after my wife and I had gone to bed. We received a telephone call in our room from someone claiming to be a member of the front desk staff. The caller proceeded to verbally harass us, repeatedly using profanity, directing offensive remarks toward my wife, and telling me to “shove my cowboy hat up my a**.”

When I reported the incident to hotel staff, they indicated that they believed they knew who was responsible. However, it appeared that no formal report was made or further action taken until I personally brought the matter to the attention of the morning manager. This lack of initiative and transparency left me concerned that staff members may have been attempting to protect the individual responsible rather than appropriately address the incident.

The combination of the room’s deteriorating condition, the unacceptable harassment, and the staff’s apparent failure to promptly escalate such a serious complaint made this an extremely disappointing experience. Guests should reasonably expect clean, properly maintained accommodations and a safe, respectful environment. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet those basic expectations.

I came to seaside for a few days of rest and had to go home to get rest.
Pros:

There was NO breakfast.
The location was noisy.

Cons:

I was okay with the construction during the day, but the noise of working all night was rediculous. No rest.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely wonderful accommodating and pleasing and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable

Cons:

The hot tub didn't work and was dirty the pool tile was falling apart and the dry and wet sauna we're not working and it's kind of deceiving from the pictures that show how good this place is but in all in all it was reasonably acceptable especially the staff was wonderful

Good enough but not great.

Cons:

I didn’t get the upgrade to my room that I paid for, the room we did get was so tiny and right next to everything noisy, there was a washer and dryer out side our door, the elevator and the construction was loud.

My family and I had a great stay and really enjoyed everything 👍
Pros:

They had fresh coffee and an assortment of different cream flavors which is great 👍 Also the pool is amazing 🤩 We had a balcony View of the Ocean 🌊

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Had old coffee pods which were probably there awhile since the coffee maker wasn’t working lol
