Cons:

No elevators available. It was a long way up with luggage. A number of turns down several hallways to get to my room. Door closing mechanisms were worn to the point that the doors slammed shut very, very noisy. No heat in the bathroom

Key didn’t work over three night stay. Had to go to desk twice to get key to work. Wasn’t happy about it.

Easy access. Nice view of river. Clean room.

Cons:

Only one small garbage can in room. Not even one in bathroom. Room is not cleaned over three night stay.

The views and location

Cons:

The toilet was filling or running all night and it wouldn’t flush. The room was not very clean. The bathroom was so moist after a short shower all my cloths in my duffle bag that I packed got very moist and smelly before reaching our final destination. The AC was not working correctly and kept shutting off every few minutes before reaching the set temp. The door was hitting the door jam so anytime we left or came back the door was so loud it would startle me every time also hard to close

Pros:

The restaurant was excellent for dinner. The view was nice.

The first room I stayed in was a wreck. The metal valance fell of and hit me in the head, the tv didn’t work, I couldn’

The staff was wonderful they switched me out of the horrible room I had and moved me to a room where everything was great. They made the weekend a success as well as handling our class reunion banquet very well and the dinner was hood.

Fine as a stop not the night. Not a "resort"
Pros:

Convenient location. Great coffee bar with a barista who knows how to pull a good espresso shot.

Cons:

The room is a bit of a "work in progress". The room we were in felt like they forgotten to patch up nail holes and repaint.
