Rooms are large and clean, and recently updated. New mattresses, comfortable pillows and bedding. Friendly and accommodating staff. Free and plentiful parking, and free coffee.

I never stayed in that hotel. I I've been told on the reception that the hotel was overbooked, so my family including 4yo toddler wont stay meaning all the vacation is ruined.
I received a message that the booking is confirmed, and that's it. That's all everyone needs to know. If it's confirmed, then it's confirmed. I don't care if it was automated message or whatever it was. It It was confirmed.
Now you get 1 and it will stay until you resolve it. Please return my money. There is no button to contact booking and there is no phone number. That should be on you.
