Staff was great, rooms were clean, we would definitely stay here again

The noise(outside) at first then asked for a room without the early morning trucks and motorcycles 4am. They gave us another room. Very quiet! Thank you

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

We stayed here a few years ago. Very happy. This time it was extremely disappointing and frustrating!

Cons:

The food was terrible. Even the coffee. Everything was threadbare. The room smelled. There was an annoying noise in our room —loud. We booked 4 nights and the last two nights our cards didn’t work. They issued new cards but they were short with us and told us it was due to being demagnetized by our phones. This has never happened to us and not both cards 2 nights in a row. The people who stayed were drunk. Got onto the elevator, making out open cans of alcohol. We will never stay there again.

The price was right for what we needed, a place to crash each night. Will not book again, though. The staff was great, v

The price for two rooms was why we booked there

Cons:

The facility was riddled with annoying issues…. The bathroom lighting was horrible, with one light flickering until it finally stopped each morning. The beds were uncomfortable and felt as if you were sleeping in a crater. The hallway smelt of a cigarette. The room in general looked very worn and in need of a refresh. The capper was the questionable looking gentleman lurking at the base of the stairwell, late one evening.

Just an Okay Stay
Pros:

The beds were comfy, and although the neighborhood did look a little on the sketchy side we felt perfectly safe there. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Rooms were very quiet.

Cons:

Everything needs to be updated. The chairs are tattered, the curtains were falling off, the towels and sheets all had little stains. All in all the room was clean, but didn’t feel very comfortable with everything being so worn. The refrigerator is very loud and rattly.

Outdated and dingy.
Pros:

Check in and check it were easy.

Cons:

The whole place is very outdated. The carpets seem dirty throughout. Nothing seemed especially clean. The beds were really springy and not supportive. The rooms are small compared to what you'd pay for elsewhere. You could hear everyone in the hallway- the walls seemed very thin. It just wasn't a good experience overall. We did not stay for breakfast, and opted not to use the pool, so I can't speak to those.
