Please avoid - not recommended.
Pros:

The food at their restaurant is really great.
Hotel is centrally located on the main road

Cons:

Housekeeping is useless - left the room floor wet, didn’t replace any towels 2 days in a row, didn’t even replace empty toilet roll.
Toilet seat was dirty and foul smelling
Bathroom window had continuous leakage and paint peeling off.
We were told we are upgraded but were given the same small room.

With better attention to details, the hotel would score ten out of ten.
Pros:

I liked the location, and the room; it was nearly perfect. I also loved the staff, especially in the restaurant - very kind and helpful.

Cons:

I think room staff lacked attention to details. The toilet paper run out, and there was no new roll available. The paper handkerchiefs in the box in the bathroom also got empty without being replenished. The breakfast was boring, at least for a foreigner, but I am sure very much ok if you were Indian. I would have liked a bit more variety.
