We had a good stay.
Pros:

Location and price.

Cons:

I know hard to do, however breakfast was 6-9. There was not much food available at 8.

Pros:

Location was good, felt safe, lobby impression was not good. Honestly wondered about staying there from the dingy paint, lack of counter top at window and smell but while the building itself is old, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating.

I will not stay in a Baymont in the future. I want to feel like I am staying in a clean room. I did not take any photos.
Pros:

I originally like the price prior to entering the property. The location was fine.

Cons:

The air conditioning was off and the sun was shining I . The room temperature had to be 90 degrees or more, although I had no way to measure the temperature. We turned the a/c on and left to allow the room to cool. When we returned we noticed that the base boards were dirty along with the bathroom floor. The bedding seemed okay, but the room definitely needed a good cleaning. Also the sink and bathtub both drained slow.

Very good value for the price.
Pros:

Great location, staff was very nice, rooms were clean. Great water pressure for shower. Free breakfast

Cons:

Building is a little run down. Holes in carpet, fraying in drapes & sheets. Plumbing for toilet was horrible (multiple flushes required after every use). Breakfast was very low quality.

I would recommend staying at one of the nearby motels instead, unless they are full.
Pros:

Breakfast was not up to par with Wyndham La Quinta we stayed in a day before. The location was fine, parking limited at night as it was usually full. The card access to a side door at east end didn't work. One towel was frayed on edge and washcloth had a spot on it.

Cons:

On Sunday there was no bacon or sausage, only microwave scrambled eggs, toast, cereal. I asked the manager, who said no bacon. Meanwhile the large screen was playing politically controversial Fox News, not local weather or something broadly interesting to travelers. We opted to skip the free breakfast and pay Waffle House.

Generally a nice place to stay
Pros:

The Breakfast was good, staff was nice.
The parking was good.
There was easy access to restaurants.
The washing machine was convenient.

Cons:

The shower had 2 issues.
The tub spout did not divert the water to the shower head well, it leaked into the tub.
The shower body cold water filter was clogged, so there was too much hot water.
