Location and price
There was a bad smell in the room
Location was convenient.
Room was dingy looking filth stained carpet. Sink would not drain, i complained to the front seat and they moved me from a king room to a double queen room and that sink was not any better than the previous room. Overall the stay was disappointing.

The location and ease of getting back on the freeway to leave was probably the only thing I liked about it.
The building was very run down. There were piles of trash in all the stairwells. There were a lot of transient people roaming the parking lot and hanging out in the lobby, trying to barter with the front desk guy for rooms. I booked a non-smoking room and was overcome by the smell of cigarettes when I opened my room door, I couldn’t even walk into it. Had to go all the way back down and beg for another room. I have asthma and staying in there would not have been an option for me. The next room was at least smoke free, but it was clear the room had not been checked in awhile. The furniture was tossed around and out of place. There was a single bar of soap… no hand soap or anything for a shower… just 1 little soap for everything. Compared to another La Quinta that I stayed in… this was shocking. The “breakfast” options were waffles or waffles. They had nothing else. Thankfully there was coffee which gave me enough of a boost to get out of there and never come back. Oh and I couldn’t even check out due to no staff being around to assist me in doing so. Pretty sure I was charged an extra $7 for that. Best $7 I ever spent to get as far away from that hotel as I could.
I love the king size bed it was very comfortable
Would have been better if there was something other than waffles on the breakfast menu maybe some fresh fruit or different variety cereals would probably be a good start
No shuttle service
It was clean. The breakfast didn't have tons of options, but did the job. This location is also a 12-15 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis.
The box springs on one of the beds made noise every time you shifted your weight ever so slightly.
Didn't eat the breakfast I slept in but over all I slept good
The bad thing was they charged us a one time refundable deposit of $100 and then have to wait 5 to 7 days for it back
