Pros:

Location was great, room was clean

Cons:

Breakfast was not all the good. They just had waffles and bagels which were the frozen find.

Unfamiliar with Indianapolis, I internet searched for a hotel in the vicinity of the airport with A SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT. Front desk guy was indifferent at my surprise and mentioned the shuttle services had ceased 4 years ago.

I showed up and went to check in and before I did i asked clearly if they had a shuttle as per the website said to the airport. She said no they don't have a shuttle. So refused to stay because i needed a ride to the airport. She said I have to get with you ( Booking.com ) for a refund of my stay. And of course, i way denied a refund

Dirty,dirty,DIRTY!
Pros:

The room was so unbelievably dirty, my son crawled on the floor for 5 minutes while we unpacked the luggage rack and his knees and tops of his feet were black, and there was so much hair on the toilet and tub

Cons:

They didn’t clean a thing, they told me and other guests different breakfast times and when we went for breakfast, nothing was there
