Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr schlechtem Internet.
Pros:

Das Zimmer verfügte über einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Ferner gab es in der Lobby einen Briefkasten für die Ausgangspost. Sehr praktisch, dadurch musste man für Postkarten etc. nicht nach einem Briefkasten suchen. Durch die Lage war die Altstadt sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Cons:

Das schlechteste Hotelinternet, das ich je erlebt habe. Der DNS-Server war nicht korrekt eingestellt und infolgedessen komplett überlastet, wenn abends viele Gäste auf das WLAN zugreifen wollten. Das WLAN war praktisch nicht nutzbar, Personal konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen.
Ebenfalls negativ war, dass man die Klimaanlage im Zimmer jeweils erst per Anruf bei der Lobby an- und abschalten lassen musste.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut veraltet dreckig und hat einen unangenehmen Geruch im ganzen Haus. Bei den Bädern sind die Gummiabdichtungen verschimmelt. Der Teppichboden hat Flecken ohne Ende. An den Getränkespender würde ich mir niemals Wasser holen. Ein Wunder, dass da noch keine Fische schwimmen. Barfuß laufen würde ich auch niemanden empfehlen. Wer weiß ob’s dann ein Pilz gibt. Also alles in einem eigentlich eine Katastrophe. Die Nacht Schlampen an den Betten wackeln die Kabel gucken heraus und bei den Betten liegt man durch, als würde die Matratze komplett veraltet sein ich habe sogar ein bisschen Federkern im Rücken gespürt

Не соответствует своим 4 звездам

Cons:

Номер на 4-х был классический двух местный номер, где соединили две односпальные кровати и поставили дополнительные extra bed, . Не возможно было ходить по комнате.
На завтраки не хватало посуды, персонал из двух человек в зале не справлялся с объемом работы. Не было ни еды, ни тарелок и приборов , , ни чистых столов .
Если закончился какой то продукт, его просто не добавляли .
Такого отношения к туристам ни в одном 4* отеле не видела.
Своим знакомым и родным,я бы этот отель не посоветую.
Лучше за эту цену были в 2 и 3 отелях Вероны
