Patricia,Cathy and Victoria they were very welcoming and very helpful during Iftar in Ramadan.
Enjoyed a 3 day visit to the hotel. Check in and access to Business Center facilitated most wonderfully and professionally by Stacey. A real warm welcome to the Ritz and every interaction conducted with care and excellence. Room services by Jamshed. Again could not have been better service providing excellent service in the room, and education and guidance on the hotel and Bahrain. Thank you to both of them for making the Ritz experience so special. Restaurant staff service poor with lack of communication and slow service. Food quality could also have been much better.
I was at pool for sunbathing at thai lounge pool and i am a member but mr.hanif very slow service and always using phone all the time when i ask him for towel attitude problems always
My Therapist Dipika was amazing with good massage which made me relaxed.Patricias service was also amazing with much help and professional service.
I’m titanium member and was told I’m upgraded to another room that features lounge access as suites were not available, however, I was told upon check-in I’m not allowed to access the lounge! So what’s the point of the upgrade to another room!

It’s genuinely been the best hotel and customer experience I have ever had in all my years of travelling.
When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the lovely Humaira with a “welcome to your home away from home” and how right she was! ….. and it just kept on getting better and better each day of our stay.
We will definitely be back to this hotel as it’s been just wonderful; from the comfort of our refurbished Club room (339), excellent housekeeping, the quality and deliciousness of the food and variety of choices, the cleanliness of everywhere is second to none and of course the most amazing team of people here who make it so special.
The whole team throughout the hotel have attended to our every possible need (even ones we didn’t know we needed!) and without exception, every single person we have met in this hotel has gone above and beyond our expectations. You have all looked after us so well and all deserve a mention so hope I haven’t missed anyone (apologies if I have.)
Everyone has been brilliant from the doormen (Maxwell, Peter and Abade) who made us feel so welcome every day, the hard working, smiling and dedicated pool and beach team (Henry, Karan, Almagir and Dilip - you are all ace at your job!) and most especially the hotels’ Club Lounge team who are just EXCEPTIONAL at their job!
I highly recommend a Club Room with its dedicated check in and separate floors as it has been the epitome of comfort and as mentioned the Club team have been absolutely fantastic. They are all highly professional and so, so positive and friendly.
I can happily single out the experienced, outgoing and enthusiastic Denny; who after being there 32 years has not lost one ounce of energy for his job.
Thanks to the lovely Avee for arranging the buggy tour, the adorable Humaira who was our first (and most excellent) impression of the Ritz Carlton to the hosts Samir and the efficient Mostafa (who makes the best Long Island Iced Teas …. But we have to give a VERY special stand out mention to the WONDERFUL Ashley and Elaine who have looked after us to the highest standards imaginable - they are two of the most loveliest people and who have made our trip very, very special. We would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. You are both a total credit to the hotel. What wonderfully kind, genuine, thoughtful, interesting people you are it’s been our pleasure to meet you and you are now in our hearts forever. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Me and my fiancé went there for my birthday, and the stuff were very informed of this (didnt expect that)!
I was greeted with a surprise in my room that my fiancé arranged with the staff and also with written cards with wishes from the staff in English and in Greek (my mother tongue - thanks Evi Kiparissi for that)!
Also, I don't know how but almost everyone knew everywhere I went inside the facilities that it was my birthday and they all kept wishing me happy birthday and making me feel special!
Everyone was so attentive and polite everywhere, making sure everything was up to our standards and if we needed anything (along with the wishes of happy birthday).
We went for a dinner at the Primavera restaurant and the people that attended us were amazing, it wasn't just amazing food and cocktails but we had so much fun interacting with Shampu, John,
Chima (sorry if I butchered your names) there was another employee that really helped us but couldn't tell his name after sorry!
I did a facial and back massage treatment at the spa with Yannie, it was amazing! She had hands as soft as a baby's skin but strong to put the necessary pressure when needed and according to the liking of the client. Patricia was really helpful during my stay at the spa as well (really all of the employees but didn't catch all of their names - but not less important!)
Ashley, Avee and Amir really made our experience in the lounge at any time special (also more stuff that didn't get to write their names out but also not less important for our stay)!
The only negative I have to say about the hotel is that I didn't like that the indoor swimming pool that wasn't gender restricted, wasn't as private as we would prefer. You could tell that people that weren't guests and in general people were passing by around it so it wasn't the preferable environment and to relax. But there are some small swimming pools with different temperatures that the ambience is really nice that is for guests only that almost made up for that inconvenience! They have a great indoor private women's pool inside the spa though.
All in all our experience was great but it wasn't just the facilities and the hotel itself that was amazing it was the amazing employees all over the place that made this stay special and that they make this hotel feel special. Without them the hotel wouldn't be or feel the same!

A truly amazing 3 day stay from the beginning to the end. The Ritz Carlton Bahrain as everything you would expect…. From top to toe this hotel is immaculate. We were lucky to have a suite on the 7th floor which was super roomy, super clean and super comfortable. The bed was heaven, the bathroom was heaven and super stocked up with luxury toiletries from Dyptique, which smells divine. The bath was large and deep for an amazing soak. The shower was powerful and hot. There was everything that you could have needed at your fingertips, plenty of soft fluffy towels. Our bed was really comfortable with amazing pillows and linen. There is an amazing laundry service on the 7th floor and we were helped out by the very excellent Ahmad, who helped us with our racing outfits. Thank you Ahmad, you were super helpful and we were very grateful.
We made full use of the amazing gym and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable with all the equipment.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars for all tastes and again the staff could not be more polite or helpful. The hotel has amazing heated pools, inside and out, towels are available in abundance and a very nice beach. Again all members of staff were so helpful and polite.
So back to the 7th floor. We had access to the club lounge which really was fantastic. The food was excellent from breakfast, through to lunch and evening drinks and dinner. Thank you to all the chefs….. very well done. Excellent choices every single day. Nothing was too much trouble for the executive lounge team. Talking of which, we would like to thank them all individually.

One of the best hotels in Bahrain. The hotel is huge with amazing facilities. All the employees are very helpful and caring. A special thanks to Rabina from Guest Relations for giving us a full hotel tour and explaining every detail so kindly and escorted to the room . The Ritz spa is beautifully decorated and tranquil, everything is what one would expect from a five-star establishment; but what makes the experience special is the staff working there. Thank you to the lovely ladies Amrutha and Patricia for their warm welcome and assistance. Special thanks to Ayu as she provided one of the best massages I've had in Bahrain and was very attentive throughout the spa experience. I'd highly recommend and would be happy to come back again.
