It was adequate and at a fair price.
Pros:

Good...always great to have a hot breakfast provided.

It was fine...just had to not compare it to Hampton, which we are used to using.

Great if you just need a reasonably priced place to stay overnight.
Pros:

The whole experience was very smooth. Obviously not a luxury hotel, but the beds were comfy and the place was clean. The waffles at breakfast were unexpectedly good!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Some of the breakfast stuff looked gross but that’s pretty standard for these places.

Cons:

Ok the breakfast was very good
Cons:

Our bathroom could have been cleaner and no elevator my husbands has a hard time with the stairs and I had a fractured foot so the owners wire did carry our things to our room

All in all my stay was very pleasant, whenever I come back to Utica, I will be staying there.
Pros:

Andy, the front desk staff was amazing, he was very helpful with the accommodations, and he was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the eating area was kept clean and well maintained .👍👍

Cons:

the phone in the room didn't work, I wanted to call the front desk but couldn't, I was in room 146 a double bed, I think that the chair in there is too big, they may want to put a smaller one in there or no chair at all
